Thanks to its nine bedrooms and nine en suite bathrooms, this charming holiday home in Plombières is ideal for families or groups of up to 22 people.

One of the bedrooms and a bathroom were set on the ground floor to accommodate a person with reduced mobility. The living room is very bright and offers a beautiful view on the surrounding meadows. A professional kitchen is at your disposal to prepare a delicious meal, and then you can eat all together in the beautiful dining room or on the terrace.

This rental will also meet the expectations of a professional stay, thanks to its many rooms and the multipurpose room, which can serve as a meeting room. It features a white board, a projection screen and a small kitchen for coffee breaks.

This beautiful holiday home is located 40 meters away from the owners’ farm.

Children will be pleased to discover the joys of staying at the farm and will enjoy playing in the large garden, where they will find many amenities: a swing, a football goal, a sandbox, and a badminton court; to everyone’s happiness. And the adults can enjoy the superb view from the terrace, or play a game of pétanque on the specially landscaped grounds.

Located in the village of Sippenaeken, in the commune of Plombières, this charming holiday home will be the perfect starting point to explore the Pays de Herve region and enjoy the fresh air of the countryside.

You will be charmed by the guided tour of the Blegny Mine, the peacefulness of the Val Dieu Abbey and the many walks through the meadows of the Bocage de Herve. From the Val Dieu Abbey, there are several viewing tables and viewpoints that will enhance your walks. Would you like to have a drink on a terrace if the weather permits? We recommend the terraces and the market in Aubel. It will give you the opportunity to taste the local products, such as the cider and syrup, made from the fruits of the region (apple and pear trees enhance the beauty of the landscape), or even some Herve cheese.

If you are like guided tours, we suggest the fort of Battice, a visit to a syrup or a cider house, or to a local brewery.

Your stay in Plombières will be an excellent opportunity to visit the "Three Borders", the geographical boundary that connects Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. A panoramic tower has been installed on the junction of the three borders to allow you to be on three countries at once!

It is also close to the Belgian Ardennes, notably less than 20 km from the Signal de Botrange, the highest point in Belgium. For a walk or for cross-country skiing, the nature reserve of the High Fens will meet your expectations!

We hebben met de hele familie - 22 personen - een heel aangenaam weekend beleefd in een bijzonder verzorgd huis. Vriendelijke, attente gastvrouw en gastheer, heel mooie locatie. Maar vooral over de boerderij vlakbij waren de kinderen opgetogen. Ze konden in de stal naar de koeien en kalfjes kijken, ze mochten in de melkstal kijken hoe de koeien gemolken werden. Ondanks de bakken regen die er dat weekend uit de lucht vielen was het een echte belevenis.

Zeer geriefelijke vakantiewoning in een mooie en rustige omgeving, met een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenares. Speelvelden zijn te de delen met de andere woning, maar dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Dat de kinderen de koeien mochten melken en mee mochten gaan hooien was de kers op de taart.
