This renovated small farmhouse lies in Sippenaeken, a rural area of Plombières in the Liège province and not far away from the Tripoint where the borders of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany meet.

The whole building consists of two holiday homes plus the owner's personal house. Each part is of course separated from each other and your privacy is totally guaranteed.
The farmhouse is still actively run by the owner. Surely worth a visit!
This holiday cottage can comfortably host from 18 to 20 persons. The interior design has been successfully thought up. The combination of modern quality materials with preserved authentic elements creates an interior full of atmosphere. Cable television and wireless internet connection are also provided for.
Gone are the queues for the bathroom. There are 9 bedrooms, 8 of which are provided with a private bathroom. Each bedroom lies on the first en second floor except the mezzanine bedroom which lies just under the roof on the third floor.
Fancy a breakfast, lunch or dinner together? The added vast veranda will make it possible to eat and have a chat together. You may arrange the place as you like and set some tables and chairs aside.

Des propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et qui nous ont fait partager la vie à la ferme notamment en participant à la traite des vaches. Une belle expérience pour les enfants venant de la ville. Un gîte très bien aménagé et une cuisine de niveau professionnel. Gîte d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons apprécié fortement notre séjour.
Heel mooi, zeer verzorgd huis met een zeer ruime eetplaats. Alles was tip top in orde. Het huis was ook mooi versierd voor Kerstmis. Heel nette slaapkamers met aanpalende badkamer. Alles spik en span. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, zowel in het NL als in het F. 's Morgens melk recht van de koe :) Wij hebben met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf !!!!

Fijn verblijf gehad, zeer vriendelijke en toegankelijke gastvrouw. Verder erg leuk om op de boerderij bij de dieren te mogen kijken.
Uitstekend uitgerust vakantiehuis voor een grote groep en een heel vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars!
