This specious holiday home promises a wonderful stay for any large family or company team building retreat. Each room offers the comfort and privacy of its own en-suite bathroom and a TV. Some of the rooms are on the ground floor, ideal for guests with reduced mobility. The communal areas offer friendly living spaces. Enjoy a spacious dining room, a fully-equipped professional kitchen and several lounges with television, including one with an open fire. Guests can also enjoy themselves in the dedicated games room, complete with air hockey, table football, billiards and ping-pong table. After your day's activities, relax in the separate bar, where a second pool table awaits any competitors amongst you. No need to wait your turn, as there's even a third table in the dining room!
In the fenced-off garden, children are free to enjoy the swings and slide. Meanwhile, the adults can relax and gather around the barbecue. Cycling enthusiasts are sure to appreciate the dedicatedsecure bike shelter. A car park can accommodate up to 20 cars.
You're in an amazing region for some unforgettable walks and bike rides. Enjoy the High Fens Nature Park, Belgium's biggest nature reserve! There is even a forest only 500 metres from your holiday home! The area is also ideal for water sports, with Lake Warfaaz the ideal place to rent a pedal boat and fish. At the Gileppe dam, you will even find a full-scale adventure park. And for an aquatic experience of a completely different kind, visit the nearby spa town of Spa, with its world-famous thermal baths.

voormalig hotel met alle voorzieningen nog aanwezig. Zeer geschikt voor weekend met groep.
Goed onderhouden huis met mooie slaapkamers, wel wat een te kleine salon. Jammer dat het huis niet in de natuur ligt, maar aan de grote baan.
Alles was dik in orde. Vriendelijke ontvangst
gerieflijke vakantiewoning met een grote gezamenlijke eetruimte. Een minpunt vond ik wel dat de eigenares niet bij aankomst vermeldde dat er een sleutelkastje aanwezig was voor het bijgebouw.
Het was voor ons duikteam een perfecte locatie, alles netjes schoon, top keuken,.. we hebben met zijn allen ontzettend genoten.
Heel fijn huis met elke kamer een eigen badkamer. Veel ruimte. Wij hebben vooral buiten gezeten vanwege het lekkere weer, maar dat is minder prettig voor de buurman is gebleken.
Perfecte locatie voor ons familieweekend!
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille (36 personnes). La propriétaire est très accueillante. La maison est très spacieuse et ce qui a été très apprécié, c'est que chaque chambre a sa propre salle-de-bains. La cuisine est bien équipée et tout était très propre, tout comme le reste de la maison. Très appréciable aussi lorsqu'on vient avec une grande famille : la grande chambre froide. Les jeunes ont passé beaucoup de temps dans l'immense salle de jeu au sous-sol, bien équipée.
Excellent accueil, gîte très fonctionnel et très pratique, village charmant et chouettes activités dans le gîte. Excellent pour un moment en famille et entre amis.
