Let yourself be charmed by this enchanting little 2.5 stars village house for 2 people in Porcheresse (Daverdisse), which offers all the necessary comforts for your stay in the Ardennes. But before that, here is a little history... During the First World War, the whole village of Porcheresse was destroyed. To relocate families in need, 31 small houses were rebuilt in 1915. There are 20 of them remaining in the village and this is one of them. The house features a very practical layout. As soon as you enter, you are in the living area, which consists of the kitchen, the living room, and the dining room. Continuing down the corridor, you will arrive in the bedroom and a little further you will find the bathroom. The garden is completely fenced and allows you to let your dog run freely and safely.

Not far from Daverdisse, and the book village of Redu, you can also visit the Euro Space Center, or head to the Castle of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne. For more active days, go to RHM BuitenSport to indulge in a wide range of sports and outdoor activities. Coo Kayak is also waiting for you to ride along our rivers and discover the region in a whole different way. To explore our splendid forests, there are many walks that you can start directly from your holiday home.

Het is een leuk huisje op een toch wel redelijk druk punt, vooral in het weekend met veel motorrijders. Er waren veel vliegen en wespen en wij misten hier dus wel een vliegergordijn. Verder was er veel aanwezig, maar de oven heb ik niet durven te gebruiken, erg oud helaas. De tuin is heerlijk, lekker ruim en voor de hond ideaal, die kon echt niet weg, zodat we rustig konden blijven zitten. Het is een heel mooie omgeving en de winkel is op redelijke afstand. Wij hebben hier twee weken genoten.

Leuk huisje in midden van een heel rustig klein dorp. Elke dag wat lokaal woonwerkverkeer en overdag soms een auto. In het weekend wat iets van verkeer. Maar over het algemeen erg rustig en stil. Onze hond had geen problemen met de robotmaaier. Aardige verhuurders en behulpzaam bij vragen. En veel te zien op weinig autokilometers.
