This little house was built in 1850 to be renovated in 2008 and transformed into a holiday cottage for six persons. It is welcoming and laid out to offer its guests a pleasant stay. The ground floor is composed of a very nicely furnished living area, which includes a comfortable living room, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, and a nice and functional eat-in kitchen. The self-catering accommodation contains a beautiful veranda that will allow you to share great times even on the rainy days. It also gives you direct access to the garden and the terrace.
The first floor of the holiday cottage counts three 2-person bedrooms and one bathroom. The decoration of the house proves a great attention to details to leave the guests with amazing memories from their stay in Belgium.
The region will also contribute to making your vacation in the Ardennes special. It overflows with cultural curiosities, like the Castle of Montaigle used to stand; now we are left with some beautiful ruins and a museum. The ruins of the Castle of Poilvache are also worth a detour because it is a natural park now as well. It is located close to the beautiful city of Dinant. For the shopaholic, the city of Namur is only 12 kilometres away from Profondeville. You’ll enjoy the various stores and restaurants, and you’ll be able to stroll around the pedestrian streets of the centre.

Bel aménagement intérieur, loterie confortable, accueil chaleureux
Een prettig huis, met veel ruimte (ook tuin) en speelgoed voor diverse leeftijden. Huis is gezellig en erg compleet ingericht. Goede bedden, fijne douche. Zeer vriendelijke, ook nederlands sprekende, eigenaar, weet veel te vertellen over (de geschiedenis van) de omgeving.
mooi verzorgd huisje met alle facaliteiten , er zou een 2e toilet op begaande grond kunnen komen en de weg voor het huis wordt gebruikt als racebaan maw de autoos rijden er te hard
Séjour en famille dans ce très beau gîte joliment décoré. Gîte très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est charmant et tout à fait discret malgré la mitoyenneté. Tout à fait conforme à la description.
Séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la véranda et du jardin. Merci pour votre accueil très chaleureux, vos précieuses indications ainsi que les discussions mêlant culture et humour!
Wat een vriendelijk ontvangst, fantastisch huis, fijne tuin en serre. Hele leuke en fijne vakantie gehad ondanks het mindere weer. Huis ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg, hiervan waren we op de hoogte, met een raampje dicht in de slaapkamer (aan de wegkant) hoor je er vrijwel niets van. In de tuin wijds uitzicht en merk je niets van de weg.
Geweldig huis, zeer compleet, werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Spellen, binnen en buiten, tafelvoetbal, kussentjes, tafelkleden, gewoon huiselijkheid. Slaapkamers supernetjes, mooie dekbedden en kussens, leek wel nieuw. Voor uitstapjes steeds wel uurtje gereden. Serre is fantastisch met luie stoelen, verwarming werkt snel. Weg in de spits vrij druk maar geen last van gehad. Eigenaar erg aardig en behulpzaam maar blijft buiten beeld als je zelf geen contact zoekt
