On the edge of the forest, this 4 star vacation home from the seventies house has many surprises for you in store. It was totally renovated and now cleverly mixes vintage look (an authentic one, mind you) with modern decoration and comfort. Once in the sitting room, you will immediately be charmed by the brightness of the place and by the large windows looking over the neighbouring forest. What else? You may easily spend a family stay here since the cottage may host up to 5 persons thanks to 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Scandinavian decoration is to be found all around the house: the warm tones, the sweet patterns and the airy layout make for an immediate feeling of well-being. If you wish to enjoy this feeling further, the (private) Jacuzzi and sauna await you! As far as the exterior is concerned, you will benefit from a terrace with barbecue. The garden is spread over several levels, which allows much light to penetrate the house and makes for a true nature feeling.
The charming town of Profondeville is located in the Province of Namur (Belgium), more precisely in the Condroz region. In this region, you may admire the reliefs of the Ardennes as well as the valley of the Meuse river. The villages of Yvoir and Anhée are also close. If you like flowers and castles, why not visit de Jardins d’Annevoie (Gardens of Annevoie)? If you are looking for fun activities, you may enjoy a kayak trip down the Lesse river or a boat trip on the Meuse… You may also discover the Draisines de la Molignée (‘railbikes of the Molignée’) and explore the region in an original way. From your holiday home, you will also be able to visit the well-known town of Dinant: a visit of the citadel, a licence-free boat trip, a boat trip on the Meuse river… you will be spoilt for choice! The tea towels and the bed sheets are provided for. You only need to bring your bath towels along.
The babies are welcome: a crib and a baby chair are available.
The main living area of the house is spread over one single floor… Quite handy!
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Heel goed, zou alleen aanbevelen horren te plaatsren in de slaapkamers en de bank in decwoonkmer te vervagen. Die is echt af en zit absoluut niet goed meer
- Très bonne maison de vacances mais il faut revoir très rapidement l'ouverture de la porte de la salle de bain qui est impossible à ouvrir seul de l'intérieur si elle est fermée complétement. - La ventilation de la salle de bain est extrêmement bruyante. - Enfin de nombreuses poêles et casseroles sont inadaptées à l'induction et sont donc inutilisables.
Un super endroit, très reposant et ressourçant en famille !!
Elk jaar kiezen wij een andere bestemming maar hier denk ik wel nog om terug te keren.
Pettig huisje in een fantastische omgeving, apparaten was echt even zoeken. Een 1ste rondleiding met eigenaar hebben we gemist. Fijn verblijf gehad!
Un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, idéalement située. L’accueil est très bon par les propriétaires. A recommander!
Zeer mooi en uitstekend geëquipeerd huisje! Mooie ligging op wandelafstand van bos. Zeer rustig.
Wij hebben echt genoten van het prachtige huis. Alles is aanwezig en dit zorgde echt voor een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie. Uiteraard zijn de jacuzzi en de sauna echt een kers op de taart.
Mooi vakantiehuis, met goede faciliteiten. Inrichting oogt wel wat verouderd.
Zeer fijn verblijf
Endroit calme, situation idéale pour visiter ( Dinant à 15min, jardin d'annevoie à 20min, multiple randonnées). Maison idéale pour la détente le temps d'un long week-end. Je recommande à 100%

Heerlijk compleet vakantiehuis. Ruim en alles netjes afgewerkt. De verhuurder heeft ook een restaurant en verhuurt meerdere woningen. Dat zag je terug in hoe alles voorbereid was op onze komst. We hadden het gevoel dat we in een hotel waren! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
We definitely enjoyed our stay! Very clean and very well equipped house with ideal location close to the woods and a river. Great place for hiking and/or biking. Very calm and quiet place. The only surprise - was charged on spot with a local tax in addition to already paid to Ardennes-Etape. Would be good to know in advance of any unexpected costs.
