Built in 1890, this house is full of authenticity with all the comforts of a recent renovation as a bonus. Now a 3.5-star cottage, the house is built of local stones typical of the Ardennes. Inside and out, details in stone and wood highlight the history of the place and add character to your stay.
With its beautiful open kitchen, dining room, and a cosy lounge, the ground floor offers an inviting atmosphere. This common area opens onto a lovely terrace.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of them are simple, bright and functional, just what you need to recharge after a day outdoors.
Outside, a terrace equipped with a lounge, furniture, and a barbecue, adjoins the outdoor pool. For your comfort, the pool is heated and available all summer (from June to September). For relaxation, sunbeds are available next to the pool. And to entertain both young and old, the garden has a petanque terrain and a trampoline for children.
After a long walk in the forest or along the river, which are both nearby, you will need to relax. The outdoor sauna and jacuzzi are ideal for a wellness break!
Finally, this holiday home is ready to welcome your whole family, even your dog.

The outdoor pool is heated to 26°C and is available from June 1st to September 30th.
Are you traveling with young children? A cot and a high chair are available on site so you can travel light.
Dogs are allowed in the cottage (for an extra charge).

De leefruimtes zijn een stuk kleiner dan ze tonen op de foto’s. Het huis heeft vooral een grondige opfrisbeurt nodig. De autostrade is ook goed hoorbaar als je buiten zit.
Weekend met bevriende koppels, 7p in totaal, begin februari. Is, zeker buiten de zomer, geen huisje voor 10 personen (allemaal samen in de zetel zitten bvb kan al niet). Alles is verouderd en werkt bijgevolg niet/gedeeltelijk (kookvuur wordt slechts geeltelijk warm waardoor je constant alles in de pan moet verleggen of de pan verzetten, keuzeknop van douche 1 zit los, deur van douche 2 hangt los, deur saunaton (buiten) sluit niet goed, jacuzzi warmt niet voldoende én staat niet overdekt,...)

Uitstekende ligging, fijn zwembad en jacuzzi. Riool lucht in badkamers moet nagekeken worden.

La maison présente indéniablement beaucoup de qualités. Reste quelques points d'amélioration : la vaisselle mal lavée par les occupants précédents, des zones de planchers à l'étage qui méritent une rénovation pour éviter des grincements importants à chaque passage. D'autre part, il faut être conscient que la proximité de l'autoroute la rend très facilement accessible mais suscite une nuisance sonore légère en fonction de la direction des vents.
C'est une charmante petite fermette avec un magnifique jardin. La piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi nous ont permis de nous détendre entre les phases de travail. La propriétaire était très disponible pour répondre à mes questions avant le séjour et durant le séjour.
Leuk authentiek huis, ouderwets gezellig. Bedden waren opgemaakt en ruim voldoende badhanddoeken. Ook genoeg electrische apparaten en servies glas etc. Mooi uitzicht. In de buurt van alles te doen.
Leuk huis in een leuke omgeving. Hele leuke week gehad met name door t mooie weer. De afwerking en onderhoud van het huis zijn voor verbetering vatbaar. Zonde want het huis heeft veel potentie. Eet en zitkamergedeelte erg krap. Tuin en jacuzzi groot succes. Jammer dat de pooltafel in erg slechte staat is en in een veel te kleine ruimte staat.
Zou het niet meer boeken
Mooie ligging, veel troeven doch afwerking en netheid laten wat te wensen over. Kan met een beetje inspanning veel beter.

Rustieke, verbouwde woning waar hier en daar nog wel wat opfrissingswerken zouden mogen gebeuren. Dit stoorde echter niet, maar zou alleen de woning nog wat extra cachet geven. Eetkamer en salon wat aan de krappe kant voor 10 personen, maar door het goede weer hier uiteindelijk weinig last van gehad. Super vriendelijke en vlotte ontvangst.

Positieve punten: goede ligging, rustig Negatieve punten: de woning is niet echt onderhouden, net zoals de tuin.
Prachtig en ruim huis, dicht genoeg bij de snelweg om er comfortabel te komen, maar ver genoeg om er geen hinder van te ervaren. Vriendelijke eigenaren en snel ter plaatse toen er een kleine reparatie nodig was. Enige verbeterpunt was de jacuzzi die na drie dagen niet meer bruikbaar was omdat de filter ontoereikend bleken. De geweldige sauna bood uitkomst. Heerlijke midweek gehad in een omgeving waar veel te zien en te doen is!
Rustig gelegen en een goede uitvalbasis voor heel wat activiteiten en wandelingen
Keuken en opbergmogelijkheden eerder beperkt. Wel al beetje afgeleefd, vooral badkamers en keukens.
