Minpunt was vooral de netheid van de woning deze was teleurstellend heel veel stof en een plakkerige vloer en douchevloer was niet proper. Misschien is dit iets persoonlijk maar de matrassen lagen slecht . We misten ook documentatie over de streek . En de vorige huurders hadden binnen gerookt en dat merkte we aan de binnenkomende geur van sigaretten . Pluspunt van de woning was het uitzicht en de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt .

Réponse du propriétaire : Constatant un nettoyage approximatif, nous avons changé de technicienne de surface en date du 25 février 2022. Depuis l’appartement est parfaitement entretenu. Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement et un cendrier est à disposition sur la terrasse. Les matelas sont de bonne qualité et nous n’avons jamais reçu de remarque mais nous vérifierons. La documentation sur place peut être complétée par un point info tourisme à 500m à Robertville .

Situation exceptionnelle pour ce bel appartement spacieux et lumineux, aménagé et décoré avec goût. L'espace wellness était agréable. Un petit point négatif pour la propreté, qui n'était pas irréprochable.

We hadden hoge verwachtingen, maar vonden het zwaar tegenvallen. Veel dingen in slechte staat (sauna infraroodlamp kapot, prullenbak deksel viel uit mekaar, twee lege aanstekers toen we de haard wilden gebruiken, veel stof en vliegen in huis, buitenbarbecue was er niet terwijl de site aangeeft dat deze er moet zijn, voorzieningen zoals supermarkt ver weg, kindonvriendelijk (lage stopcontacten, geen kinderstoel, geen bedlinnen voor de baby). Terras en uitzicht vanaf terras wel erg mooi.
