Welcome to this beautiful holiday home for 8 people, located in the charming village of Tellin, near Rochefort. The house harmoniously combines the old with the modern, making you feel at home immediately. The property is built with local stones and has an interior full of character. The old wooden parquet has been beautifully restored, and some old furniture has been refurbished to give the house a unique personality.
On the ground floor, you will find the living areas: a spacious living room in a stylish midnight blue color with original vintage tiles. The large dining room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook with pleasure and enjoy an aperitif around the beautiful island. From the kitchen, you have access to the private terrace on the garden side.
The property features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers on the upper floor. For families with young children, there is also a baby bed and a high chair available. A pet is welcome, so bring your dog on vacation.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, terrace, barbecue, and a petanque court. Ideal for cozy evenings with family and friends.

Très beau logement. Impeccable et chaleureux. La boulangerie et le mini market, indispensables pour un séjour réussi, sont situés à deux pas. La région regorge de belles balades, visites et de charcuterie du terroir. Nous avons passé un super séjour !
Heel mooi, proper en gezellige woning. Nieuwe keuken en nieuwe badkamers. Mooie ruime slaapkamers. Enige wat misschien ontbrak was een haardroger. Maar dit is dus een klein detail. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
Heel leuk huisje, netjes, alles aanwezig. Goede locatie.
Idéalement située dans le petit village de Tellin, la maison Hortensia est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Boulangerie et supérette à un jet de pierre. Au départ de la maison de nombreuses promenades (à pied ou à vélo) sont proposées. En outre, la région ne manque pas de sites à visiter et de bons restaurants.

Erg leuk en gezellig vakantiehuis in een mooi en rustig dorpje. Charmant en met smaak ingericht met alle moderne comfort en als bonus ook een mini market op een steenworp van het huis. Was extra mooi geweest als we niet extra hadden moeten betalen voor het bedlinnen of zelf onze handdoeken meebrengen. Ons gezin heeft erg van dit verblijf genoten om de Ardennen een beetje beter te verkennen, inclusief boswandelingen dichtbij en een dag bezoek aan Adventure Valley in Durbuy

Prachtig ruim vakantiehuis. Verblijf heeft een uitnodigend wederkerend effect. Lekkere bakker kortbij en minimarket op het einde van de tuin. Heel mooie omgeving voor wandelingen. Bezienswaardigheden kort tegen de deur.
Très belle maison de caractère dans le beau village de Tellin. Echanges avec l'hôte que par écrit mais toujours très réactif et très agréable. Tout est assez neuf dans ce bâtiment spacieux. Très belle terrasse et terrain de pétanque top. Super séjour dans nos Ardennes !
Prachtig huis met alle voorzieningen, leuke tuin met petanqueveld en op wandelafstand van een winkel, ideaal! We hebben genoten van ons verlof.
Ruime, verzorgde vakantiewoning op een centrale ligging. Heel stijlvol ingericht. We genoten volop van het mooie terras, de bbq en de petanquebaan. Prima badkamers en comfortabele grote slaapkamers. Er is veel bergruimte in de keuken maar het kookgerei is beperkt. Supermarkt en biowinkel vlakbij. Een echte aanrader!
magnifique maison rénovée avec goût, endroit tres calme, jardin et aménagements exterieurs très propres , propriétaires très réactifs et attentionnés, je recommande sans modération
Een prachtig ruim vakantiehuis, met 4 grote slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche op verdieping en een kleinere badkamer beneden. Zeer handig dat er 2 toiletten zijn. Wij hebben de ganse tijd mooi weer gehad waardoor we veel op terras gezeten hebben, dat was zeer aangenaam. Daardoor hebben we bijna geen gebruik gemaakt van de gezellig ingerichte salon. De keuken en eetplaats binnen is ook heel ruim. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden.
Superbe maison bien décorée, confortable et très bien située ( Han, Redu, Rochefort...) à recommander.
Het is een mooi verblijf met grote slaapkamers. Een tip: De slaapkamers nog beter verduisteren. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten zijn. De keuken is mooi maar beperkt uitgerust qua materiaal. Het is een pluspunt dat er een bbq is en een petanquebaan. Het huis is zeer netjes en heel gezellig ingericht. Prijskwaliteit zeer goed!
