Rustic and comfortable holiday home located in a peaceful and green neighbourhood near the centre of Rochefort. With a sauna, billiards table, pellet stove, five bedrooms, and a patio.
This holiday home with a character typical of the Ardennes is conducive to relaxation, with a private sauna, and conviviality, with a billiards table and a living room with a fire.
There are four ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a fifth bedroom, at the very top, arranged in a dormitory style, ideal for teens, for example.
Outside, the BBQ grill and patio will ensure you have a great time with the rest of your group!
Rochefort is a pleasant little city to experience, which is surrounded by nature walks and activities. So be sure to explore the surrounding area! For example, you can go off as a family to explore the Lorette Cave, the Chevetogne Estate, or Lavaux-Sainte-Anne Castle. All three sites are wonderful and will astound you!

This holiday home can also be rented for a conference or business trip, in agreement with the owner. The conference room is 200 m from the house.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen,we waren er al eerder maar dat was geen enkel probleem.mooie living en ruime keuken.De slaapkamers zijn goed alle 4 met eigen badkamer en handdoeken.boven is nog 1 grote slaapkamer met 4 bedden.prima tuin .De ligging is heel fijn 5 minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum.
Accueil magnifique, propriétaires aux petits soin, gîte au top, bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et possèdent leur propre salle de bain ce qui est un avantage très appréciable. Nous reviendrons si nous séjournons sur Rochefort avec grand plaisir.

Zeer goed gelegen vakantiehuis. Het huis is zeer goed ingericht en uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Leuke tuin om buiten te eten en relaxen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst.
Echt een aanrader, leuk en gezellig huis, leuke ligging en heel vriendelijk ontvangst Wij waren met alleenvolwassenen en hebben genoten van het huis, stad en grotten

Gîte très bien situé,au calme,en étant proche du centre. Chambres, literie au top au rez de chaussée,donc pas trop chaudes. Pièces à vivre et extérieur bien agencés. Nous avons apprécié le sauna,le coin cosy extérieur,le billard,..........enfin tout . Propriétaire très sympathique, petite attention à l'arrivée. What else.
Alles was heel netjes. We zijn super goed ontvangen geweest. De bedden waren top! Rustige ligging maar toch alles op wandelafstand . De overdekte lounge buiten is zeker een meerwaarde. We hebben genoten .
