Located in the heart of a national park, close to a forest and a river, this modern and comfortable holiday home offers the best of both world: proximity to nature with all the essential amenities close at hand. Its contemporary and refined decor radiates throughout its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with separate bathtub. The kitchen comes fully equipped, while the dining room is bright and welcoming, and the spacious living area, complete with TV, offers a well-deserved break after a busy day in the great outdoors. Kids are sure to love the dedicated playroom, along with the sizeable garden with its outdoor play area, while the grown-ups can enjoy the barbecue and some aperitifs on the pretty terrace.
Cyclists will also appreciate the secure bike store, cleaning kit and washing machine for cycle wear. There is a garage and private parking for up to 3 cars.
You find yourself at Rochehaut, with its spectacular viewpoint over the Frahan valley, the starting point for a beautiful walk through the woods. What's more, you're not far from the equally impressive Botassard viewpoint on top of the famous Tombeau du Géant. Make sure to visit the nearby town of Bouillon, with its famous fortified castle, stronghold of the famous Godefroid de Bouillon, with its many events, medieval festivals and falcon displays. And don't miss out on a thirst-quenching visit to the Rochehaut brasserie to sample its fine array of beers, brewed from the purest water drawn from a spring less than 5km away.

Ons verblijf was uitstekend, de locatie was geweldig.
Fantastisch weekend in een topwoning! We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad! De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en bij aankomst was alles brandschoon. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, sfeervol ingericht en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Enige tip, is misschien een thermos voorzien. De locatie is perfect; rustig, maar toch dicht bij het centrum van Rochehaut. Een absolute aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!

We waren ontzettend blij met ons verblijf in dit smaakvol en recent ingericht vakantiehuis in Rochehaut. Alles was perfect: comfortabele slaapkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een grote tuin en een prachtig uitzicht. Omdat honden welkom zijn, zou het een leuk extraatje zijn als de tuin met een kleine aanpassing volledig afgesloten werd. Zo kunnen honden nog vrijer genieten. Voor de rest is dit huis echt een absolute aanrader!

Fijn huisje, alles aanwezig wat nodig is en meer. Net en proper. Fijne ligging.
Heel mooi, modern huis. Keuken volledig uitgerust. Mooie leefruimte, grote slaapkamers, alles heel netjes. Enige minpuntje was het bad op de tweede badkamer, dit konden we helaas niet gebruiken. Los daarvan een aanrader!
Situation parfaite dans un village paisible et chaleureux! Le gite est superbement situé et la propriétaire est à l'écoute du client. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Wij hadden een super verblijf. Een heel mooi huis alles was er aanwezig. Echt een aanrader wij komen zeker terug. Ook een hele mooie omgeving. ???

Très belle maison avec tout confort (sauf épluche-légumes et sèche-cheveux !,) Très belle vue, promenades directement accessibles. Jardin pas totalement clôturé...escaliers à claire- voie ...prudence pour enfants ! Supplément charges un peu excessif pour l'été ...
De speelkamer op de 0 bij de voordeur is niet echt geschikt voor kinderen. 1 sleutel gekregen voor 2 gezinnen vind ik heel weinig. Immens geluid bij het laten weglopen van het bad en doorspoelen van de toiletten
Très belle maison, superbement aménagée. Nous avons passé le week-end avec un couple d'amis avec des enfants en bas âge. La maison est très bien équipée, super bien isolée et très bien située. La région est magnifique. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end. Nous vous recommandons cette maison et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir
Maison neuve située au calme avec vue imprenable sur la vallée, à deux pas du village de Rochehaut et sur le chemin de randonnée des échelles? Parfait pour 8 personnes.
Top verblijf en locatie !!
Zeer mooi nieuw vakantiehuis met vooral een prachtige ligging met fantastisch zicht op de Semoisvallei dichtbij zeer veel toffe wandelingen. Ook het dorpje Rochehaut is zeer aangenaam met voldoende restaurants , cafétjes, fietsverhuur. Enig minpunt in het huis waren kleine defecten in de badkamers (1 maal geen warm water, 1 maal afvoerprobleem, soms geen waterdruk). De eigenaar had wel binnen het uur het warm water opgelost.
