Fully renovated in 2026, this 100 m² semi-detached house is still waiting for its first visitors — why not you? It sits in the village centre on a quiet street, with the bakery and several restaurants barely 100 m away. And wherever you are — in the lounge, at the kitchen window or outside — the valley, the woods and the village rooftops set the scene.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a bathroom with shower; downstairs there is a separate toilet. The lounge comes with a smart TV, books and board games, and the fully equipped kitchen wants for nothing: Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher — even a table grill and raclette set for sociable evenings. Wifi is free, though with a view like this you may hardly need it.

Your four-legged friend is welcome (1 dog, € 25 surcharge) and will love it here: the woods start 100 m away and the walking trails of the Semois valley begin practically at the door. Rochehaut is famous for its viewpoint over Frahan, the hamlet tucked into a loop of the river Semois — the Ardennes’ favourite postcard, a short walk from the house. The village lies within the Semois Valley National Park: waymarked hikes in every direction, kayaking from Alle-sur-Semois (2 km) and, 12 km away, Bouillon with its medieval castle — handy for shopping, too.
