Sart-lez-Spa [3km]

Sart-lez-Spa is a village that is located at the edge of the High Fens, in the Belgian Ardennes. It is a village packed with history, which becomes visible thanks to the many sandstone houses. Tradition also has a strong presence, especially because of the leatare carnival and the festivities of ancient professions. On top of that, Sart-lez-Spa is only 20 minutes away from Malmedy, a city that is also well-known for its folklore.

Jalhay [8km]

Just as in many other places in this part of the province of Liège, Carnival is very important in Jalhay . The municipality is located just at the edge of the High Fens, one of the most impressive nature parks in the country, and thus ensures some beautiful panoramic views. Spa and Malmedy , two delightful cities in the Belgian Ardennes , are just 20 minutes away from Jalhay.

Theux [9km]

Theux is a municipality in the Belgian province of Liège and is best known for its impressive municipal building and the many 17th and 18th century houses. The amazing Franchimont castle also is to be found in Theux. Malmedy , one of the most beautiful cities in the Belgian Ardennes, is located at around 30 kilometres from Theux. And Durbuy , another must in the region, is just a 45-minute drive away.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis gelegen in een zeer rustige straat. Mooie grote tuin voorzien van speeltuigen voor kinderen en een grote BBQ. Groot verwarmd zwembad met aangrenzende douches en vestiaire. Jacuzzi en vrij grote sauna. Grote fitnessruimte met veel verschillende toestellen. Met de auto zijn Spa, Verviers, Malmedy , Stavelot en de hoge venen makkelijk bereikbaar binne de 30 minuten.

Het huis is prachtig gelegen en is ideaal voor een weekend. Heel ruim zwembad en goed verwarmd. Ook na een dag in de mooie natuur kon men relaxen in de jacuzzi, doch geluid van de jacuzzi was heel storend en tegen het eind van de week bijna niet meer te harden, men kan de jacuzzi niet uitzetten. Dus geen moment van stilte in de living of men moest zich terugtrekken op de slaapkamer. Ook hadden we last van mieren in de keuken. Moeilijke draaitrap naar boven. Maar toch genoten van ons verblijf.
