Whether you are entering through the terrace and its large period gates or by the main entrance, you will discover a space split into two large rooms: a spacious dining room and a living room. The owner of this cottage has done everything in a big way: there are two ultra equipped game rooms, including a home cinema, billiard table, games console, table football... everything is there! And the infrared cabin offers pure relaxation.
Located on the edge of the woods, near a RAVeL line and just a few minutes walk from the town centre of Spa, you could say that this cottage is ideally situated! Then you can follow up with an aperitif at the Havana Café, an institution in the region.

Het huisjes voldeed aan de verwachtingen en gelukkig gaven de foto’s een up-to-date beeld van het huisje. De galm in de eetkamer en woonkamer was wel nadelig en ook de verlichting mag dimbaar zijn (erg fel en weinig sfeer) maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.
Super gezellig huis, plaats genoeg, we hebben genoten met de hele familie! De tuin was zo groot, de kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt..
Het huis was mooi en groot. Perfect om met een grote groep te verblijven en leuke dingen te doen!

Karaktervol, heel ruim vakantiehuis met prachtige tuin en perfect gelegen, bakker en centrum Spa dichtbij maar ook vlakbij start wandelingen . Heel fijn om met kinderen en kleinkinderen te verblijven, we zouden het dadelijk opnieuw boeken, alleen de prijs houdt ons wat tegen.
mooie ruimtes voor grote groep. wel opletten met geluid maken. het vakantiehuis is niet afgelegen in een bos, wat de foto's doet vermoeden. de tuin is lekker groot voor activiteiten. van alle gemakken voorzien, top !
zeer goede ligging, dichtbij centrum Spa, doch ook ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen nabij en fietstocht op de ravel die nabij passeert. Slaapkamers zijn niet alle even goed.
Nous avons du appelé au tel à cause qu il n y avait pas d eau chaude dans les chambres et ils ont du se laver à l eau froide mais cela a été réglé. Le bbq est trop haut et une personne a été légèrement brulee
We hebben met onze groep een zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is voorzien van alles en de tuin is ideaal. Ligging ook top, je kan te voet naar de bakker/centrum. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt.

Zeer goed gelegen. Alles was ruim en voldoende aanwezig. Tip: Misschien in eetkamer akoestische panelen hangen want met veel volk is het daar rumoerig. Een aanrader!

Schandalig hoe ze de mensen oplichten. Ze trekken geld in voor dingen die er niet zijn. De vakantie woning is 1 grote grap

Weekend van 11/11/23 hebben we met onze vriendengroep van 18 pers verbleven in dit prachtig huis. Het was zeker ruim genoeg , alles was aanwezig , wij waren heel tevreden . 1 minpuntje zijn de slaapkamers vd bovenste verdieping , deze waren veel kleiner en vrij basic tov dan de andere kamers op de eerste verdieping . Maar het huis is zeker een aanrader op met een grote groep te verblijven.
Een uitstekend verblijf, centraal gelegen in Spa. Prachtige tuin, met een unieke waterval, fire pit en petanque baan. Alle kamers hebben een eigen douche en wastafel, wat zeer geapprecieerd werd door de gasten. Uitgebreide keuken, zeker toereikend voor het aantal gasten. We waren ook gecharmeerd door de bar (met mini koelkast), zodat de volwassenen rustig kunnen aperitieven, terwijl de kinderen zich in de speelkamer bezig hielden met de pool en babyfoot Aanrader
Zeer aangenaam huis om te verblijven met een aantal gezinnen. Grote keuken met 2 ijskasten en veel keukenmateriaal. Gezellig afgesloten tuin waar kinderen naar hartenlust kunnen spelen. De vuurschaal in de herfst maakt het volledig af!
Hebben een top weekend gehad. Zeker aangeraden.

Ideaal gelegen vakantiehuis, goed uitgerust, alles in orde, ruime keuken, en vooral een prachtige unieke tuin waarin er zalig kan genoten worden maar waarin vooral de kinderen tussen 13 en 4 jaar zich volop konden uitleven. Vooral de waterval is schitterend. Wij waren zeer tevreden en denken volgend jaar terug te komen. Zeker een aanrader! Wel spijtig dat WIFI het regelmatig liet afweten.
Wir waren Im Freundeskreis mit 10Paaren und haben dieses schöne Haus mit dem tollen Garten und Feuerstelle sehr genossen.
