In the heart of a woodland you will discover this surprising home, nestled on a hill, in harmony with its environment.
Particularly spacious, it's just perfect for a family reunion as each person will find something they will like. For children, there is a large games room with table football and a TV corner, as well as garden games. For the adults, a wellness space with a sauna. And for everyone, a large, bright living space with a countryside view and cosy corners, with a bar, a piano and a pool table.
When it comes to the sleeping arrangements, the 7 bedrooms have 6 bathrooms (so no rush in the morning!).
And outside, it's enchanting in every season. Your stay will be punctuated by walks in the vast wooded park and you'll have fun playing boules, badminton or ping-pong before meeting on the terrace for a fantastic barbecue.
The centre of Spa is accessible on foot so you can comfortably enjoy the charms of the small town if you feel like it. The region is also great to discover by bike - mountain bike especially.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Alles top. Het huis is volledig ingericht voor een grote familiale groep. Alles aanwezig zoals keuken gerei, speelgoed, spelletjes,enz.. . Ideale ligging in Spa. Mega vriendelijke ontvangst door Benedicte en Annette. Zeer grote aanrader. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.
Origineel ruim huis, met grote ramen (dus veel lichtinval), veel faciliteiten en een prachtig uitzicht. Mooie wandeling van 6 km met vertrek vanuit het huis. Spa centrum is makkelijk te voet te bereiken. Uitstekende communicatie en beschikbaarheid van de eigenaars. Kleine minpuntjes: je kan de verwarming niet zelf regelen; op zondag waren er andere mensen in de tweede helft van het huis (wat lawaai); de gootsteen in de keuken is echt niet praktisch voor de afwas.

Splendide situation au milieu des bois. grand calme. Vaste séjour permettant des réunions de familles très conviviales. Equipement de la cuisine très bons. Bref, une infrastucture pour une réunion de famille réussie.

Dit is een top verblijf op een top locatie. Ideaal voor onze familie. We hebben er van genoten. We kunnen ook geen enkele negatieve opmerking geven, alles was perfect !
Superbe maison dans un endroit magnifique
Eeen absolute aanrader voor een grote groep. Mooi gelegen , net buiten Spa maar toch vlakbij het centrum ( 15 min te voet ). Karaktervolle woning. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit salon en eetkamer.
Zeer mooi gelegen huis in Spa, op een goede afstand van het centrum. Mooi uitzicht met de vele grote ramen. Wij waren met 24 (wat het maximum is), qua borden iets te beperkt. Maar we kunnen het huis ten zeerste aanraden, ook het contact met de eigenares was subliem. ?
Un super séjour, un magnifique gîte que je ne manquerai pas de recommander
Wij verbleven met 6 gezinnen in het huis, met kinderen in de leeftijd van 1 t/m 18 jaar. Iedereen heeft het super leuk gehad, Spa centrum is erg dichtbij, wandeltocht ook in de buurt, mooi uitzicht, matrassen sliepen heerlijk! Contact met verhuurders verliep soepel.
Chouette maison avec belle vue sur les bois et très lumineuse. Proche de tout à Spa. Jolis dortoirs. Chambres basiques mais bons matelas. Espaces salle à manger, cuisine et salons dans un même grand espace (mezzanine). Avec de jeunes enfants, c'est bruyant. Facade en verre: très belle vue. Mais fait très chaud dès que le soleil se pointe (testé en plein hiver). Un seul billard (mini). Pas de bulles dans le jacuzzi. Sauna très chaud (la facture aussi, 900€ en tout). Proprio réactifs.
Le propriétaire a bien pris note de vos remarques. Nous comprenons vos préoccupations concernant le montant des charges suite à votre séjour. Ces charges sont calculées selon consommation. Cela pourrait indiquer une utilisation intensive de certains appareils électriques, comme le sauna par exemple. A titre informatif, nos vacanciers consomment en moyenne, des charges comprises entre 75 et 90 euros par nuit. Nous vous encourageons à toujours utiliser les appareils électriques conformément aux instructions fournies pour éviter des frais supplémentaires.
Séjour excellent, hôtes super amicaux, maison magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle! Nous avons adoré passer le week-end dans le Git'en Bois et reviendrons certainement! Tout était pensé pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables! Merci !

Wij bezochten de villa half november met onze sportvereniging en hebben er met volle teugen van genoten !
Wegens pech/ overmacht waren er helaas problemen met de watertoevoer tijdens ons verblijf hier. Echter is dit geweldig opgepakt door de eigenaar met goede communicatie en adequate acties. Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we een geweldig weekend hadden waar de problemen gewoon zijn opgelost. Verder is de accommodatie echt top! Zeker een aanrader.

Originele, toffe en eigenzinnige inrichting. Heel de dag genieten met het prachtige uitzicht. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig.
Maison magnifique en pleine nature, spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée, bonne literie, excellent accueil..
Mooi en groot huis. Fijn om met een vriendengroep heen te gaan of een grote familie. Faciliteiten méér dan oke! Ik kom graag terug.

We hebben een zeer mooi weekend beleefd aan de Promenade de Walque 2 in Spa.
