Discover this 3 star new building for 9/11 persons in Spa. This modern holiday cottage looks over the lake of Warfaaz and benefits from a beautiful view in all seasons. It is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

This charming holiday home in the province of Liège is composed of two different parts. You will indeed find 2 identical semi-detached houses that may host up to 9/11 persons together. The interior is very bright and the large bay windows offer a beautiful view over the surrounding nature. Each part benefits from a living area with sitting room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. You will thus have 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms at your disposal! The whole group will enjoy much privacy while being able to share convivial moments together. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are to be found on the first floor. They also benefit from a lovely view and are quite bright. The decoration is quite sober, and it will be a perfect holiday rental to relax in the Ardennes. The living areas are open and make for a feeling of space. As far as the exterior is concerned, you will have two terraces and a large garden at your disposal. On the menu: badminton, petanque and table tennis. From the house, you will be able to admire a typical landscape of the Ardennes region: a lake bordered by green hills. The view is gorgeous in all seasons.

Are you looking for holidays close to water activities? This holiday home is then the perfect match for you. The lake of Warfaaz is just a stone’s throw away and is accessible via your garden! You will be able to go for a walk around this lovely lake.  And the town of Spa is just 5 km away. You will be able to enjoy a pedal-boat trip on a lake, relax at the thermal baths of Spa, visit the Musées de la Ville d’eaux (‘museums of the water town’), etc. You will also be able to discover the region by Musées de la Ville d’eaux, 2 CV or Vespa! If you are a thrill enthusiast, you will surely be interested in the local skydiving center. After a busy day out, you will be able to enjoy a good aperitif at the Havana Café and enjoy some local cuisine with the caterers Guéres or Robert.
