The living spaces are located on the upper floor, where you can enjoy a cozy living room with a wood pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a charming vintage look. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for a comfortable stay. For families with young children, there are amenities such as a baby bed, high chair, and a baby bath. Pets are also welcome, so you can bring your dog for an adventure in nature.
The outdoor space of the holiday home is currently under development, with a terrace that will be ready for the summer of 2025. There is a private garden on the street side, perfect for a quiet afternoon. Cyclists will be pleased with the secure bike storage and the bike cleaning kit, making this a truly bike-friendly stay (also thanks to the proximity of numerous cycling and mountain biking routes and bike shop).

Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit fijne vakantiehuis. Alles was super schoon en het voelde meteen huiselijk aan. Het contact met de host was top: snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zouden dit huis zó weer boeken. Echt een aanrader!
Super verblijf gehad , wel aan een drukke straat ,gaat de hele dag en nacht verkeer langs. Mooi dakterras , 2 badkamers,2 toiletten heel handig met 4 kinderen. Enigste nadeel geen wasmachine in de woning het voordeel was wel weer in het dorp Spa is een wassalon. Bij aankomst was de tafel netjes gedekt en er stond een fles Spa water, bedden mooi opgemaakt en super schoon en netjes
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit vakantiehuis in de Ardennen met ons gezin van vier (twee jonge kinderen). Het huis was netjes, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was compleet uitgerust en de woonkamer voelde gezellig aan. De ligging is rustig, en dicht bij winkels en activiteiten. Echt een aanrader voor gezinnen die natuur en comfort willen combineren!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille, tout était près à notre arrivée, y compris pour notre petit bout ! L’accueil a été très chaleureux, la maison parfaitement équipée, tous les ingrédients pour passer un super week-end ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!
Een nieuw pareltje in het aanbod van Ardennes Etape. Goed contact in het Nederlands met de eigenaar vooraf. Een zeer warm welkom in deze mooie gîte gelegen aan de rand van het bos en de mooie plaats Spa. Prima ligging voor de start van een MTB tocht of een bezoek aan het circuit van Francorchamps. Heerlijke bedden, smart tv, wifi en alles super schoon en netjes. Voor de deur 3 parkeerplaatsen en aan de overkant bij Delhaize is een laadplaats voor elektrische auto’s. Wij komen zeker terug!
