This house dates back to 1800 and was very beautifully renovated in 2022. You have all the convenience and comfort. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The dining room and living room flow into each other and share the cozy wood stove. The perfectly equipped kitchen has everything to conjure up the most delicious preparations. It opens onto the spacious terrace through a large sliding window. Handy if you want to barbecue outside. The game room invites young and old to a fun game of table football or darts. And after your day activities, you can relax in the sauna. Outside, in addition to your private terrace, you can also enjoy the communal garden, which is full of trees. Do you have your bikes with you? You can store them safely in the bicycle storage.
There is a forest 500 meters from your house. You will be able to walk and cycle wonderfully here. Did you know that you can make one of the most beautiful walks in the Ardennes in the valley of the Ninglinspo? Your holiday home is 6 km from the literally and figuratively sparkling Spa. The name may first remind you of the famous water, but it also refers worldwide to the famous thermal baths in the city. Nearby is the beautiful Lake Warfaaz where you can fish and pedal boat. Heel aangenaam verblijf. De locatie was top. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, stadsbezoeken en andere activiteiten. Het huis was heel netjes, goed ingerichte keuken. Heerlijk geslapen, bedden en kussens zijn fantastisch. Iedere slaapkamer heeft haar eigen badkamer mét toilet. Minpuntje mss dzt er geen toilet is op de begane grond. Alsook de vuilnisbak die telkens uit de kast valt. Hier en daar kleine afwerking ,uitleg over hoe de tv aan te sluiten zou handig zijn.

Prima verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Afwerking kon hier en daar iets beter en ook de eettafel kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Verder alles netjes en in orde.
Een heel mooie woning met alles wat men nodig heeft. Misschien de handleiding van de Dolce Gusta en oven in de keuken leggen en een bordje aan het begin van het straatje.
Zeer mooi en goed inderhouden. 3 slaapkamers met elk zijn eigen badkamer. Ideaal voor 3 kopplels.
Het is een mooi groot huis, maar een paar tips heb ik wel: de prullenbak in de keuken zit los en valt steeds uit het keukenkastje. De Televisie deed het niet? Stroom in de stopcontacten achter de open haard eed het niet. Glansspoelmiddel klepje in de vaatwasser is lek. Lades in de slaapkamer aan de zuidzijde op 1 hoog zitten scheef en rollen niet goed. En in de sauna viel een hete steen op de vloer toen ik er in zat... Verder heb ik geen tips, maar ik vind dat deze items wel opgelost moeten word
Gîte parfait pour un séjour entre adultes. La chambre principale est magnifique et les 2 autres sont parfaites. Très bonne literie. Les finitions sont d'une grande qualité. La cuisine est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Très agréable séjour, beaucoup de balade possible non loin. Spa est juste à coté. Nombreux commerces disponibles. Le propriétaire est disponible.
Agréable maison, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. A 30min du Ninglinspo. Cuisine bien équipée.
Het vakantiehuis was heel netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Les enfants ont apprécié le babyfoot et le grand jardin (avec le trampoline). Le sauna est super! Et nous avons très bien dormi grâce au calme et l'excellente literie. A proximité vous trouverez 2 supermarchés (Colruyt et Delhaize) une très bonne friterie et un restaurant que nous recommandons vivement (le Chalet Suisse). La proximité de la ville de Spa est aussi un atout majeur!
Mooi huis met 3 goede slaapkamers en badkamers . Minpuntjes :De living niet proper , veel spinnenwebben en nog kruimels . Kachel was niet leeg . Op foto pads toestel voor koffie , was er niet, dus foute koffie bij . De matras overtrekken van alle bedden waren vuil. Er was geen berging voorzien waar we ons meegebracht gerief en onze vuile wandelschoenen konden zetten. Er was geen toilet beneden zodat we steeds naar onze kamer moesten (eerste en tweede verdiep)
Aangenaam verblijf. Heel rustig, in een doodlopend zijstraatje. Centraal gelegen locatie, enkele supermarkten vlakbij. Goed uitgeruste keuken (kom je niet vaak tegen) . Goeie bedden. Aparte badkamer per slaapkamer wat mijn puber super vond. Woonkamer wat donker. Leuk terras met zicht op een grote tuin. Bij aankomst was er net een nieuwe tv geplaatst (zonder decoder). Enig verbeterpunt: vliegenramen zouden handig zijn.
Zeer mooie woning, spijtig genoeg had de vorige huurder de TV stuk gemaakt. Hierdoor hadden we geen TV gedurende ons verblijf. Eigenaar begreep dit en stemt eventueel in met een extra korting bij terugstorten voorschot. Met 2 kinderen was dit soms niet zo eenvoudig vooral omdat de laatste dat ook nog eens het internet wegviel wegens storingen. Spijtig voorval maar voor de rest was het wel in orde.
Ruime slaapkamers met verzorgde badkamers. Een beetje pech gehad tv werkte niet door breuk vorige vakantiegangers waar de eigenaar niet van wist, geen noodoplossing. Voor niet goed werkend koffiemachine hebben we wel snel ander gekregen. Maar anders wel genoten van het verblijf.
Aanrader, huis en omgeving prachtig, veel leuke plaatsen en geweldige wandelingen te maken
A very comfortable house to stay in with a gorgeous garden. Wood fireplace and sauna will make you happy in case of the wet or cold weather :) Our children were happy to stay in the house!

Mooi huis in bijna nieuw staat .Goede ligging voor mooie wandelingen eventueel in combinatie met bezoek aan Spa.
Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit huis. Alles is mooi en zeer proper. Voor kleine kinderen is er wel niets aanwezig (geen bedje, kinderstoelen, kinderservies, badje, speelgoed). Wel een grote leuke tuin voor kinderen. De sauna is heerlijk. De ligging is uitstekend. Zeer rustig en stil.
