As well as being set in stunning surroundings, the property itself deserves nothing but praise. Each room has been furnished to create a tasteful and cosy feel, complete with a selection of stylish furniture. With its snug armchairs, the lounge invites you to spend long evenings chatting around the warm glow of the integrated cassette stove. This leads on to a comfortable dining room, as well as a play corner equipped with table football and a dartboard.In the fully equipped kitchen, the budding amateur cooks amongst you will find everything you need for your tastiest creations to date. In the 4 bedrooms, everyone is guaranteed to sleep like logs. The kids are going to love their highly original bunk bed, integrated inside a wooden hut! There are 2 bathrooms. Throughout the property, everything has gone into ensuring maximum comfort and relaxation. For instance, under the stairs, you will even find a games console with a proper gaming chair. Game over? Far from it, you've not even seen the outside yet! On the large outdoor terrace, you'll be truly spoilt for choice. Fancy a dip in the pool? Maybe relax in the sauna or the hot tub? Or simply dream away by the peacefully babbling waterfall fountain (handmade by the owner, who is a stonemason!) fed by the nearby well? Above the terrace, stairs lead to the upper garden, which extends 500 metres towards the forest. If you hadn't already guessed by now, you're in quite an enchanting place here!
And we haven't even mentioned the garage(which you can also use to store your bikes) and parking spaces for up to 6 vehicles, one of which has an electric charging station...
This fantastic holiday home's stunning location combines the best of both worlds: Just 500 metres on one side is the centre of Spa, with its thermal springs, while 500 metres to the other side is the forest! In other words, you have all the delights and activities this spa town has to offer, along with unspoilt nature, right within walking distance. Here, you are free to cycle and walk to your heart's content. Is the most beautiful walk in the Ardennes, along the enchanting Ninglinspo River, not already on your wish list? Or perhaps you'd be more up for a trek through the High Fens in Belgium's largest nature reserve? Just 2 km from the town is Warfaaz Lake, where you can go pedal boating, fishing or simply enjoy the charming surroundings. Feel like packing in a bit more culture after a visit to Spa? Then visit the abbey in Stavelot. With its many exhibitions, you are sure to get your money's worth. And while you're in the area, why not visit the museum of the most beautiful race track in the world, Spa Francorchamps?
A unique property, with unique amenities and set in a unique location. This is clearly a hot property, so don't take too long deciding!
The property is located next to the majestic Spa cemetery. However, from the house or the garden, you don't notice it at all. It just means you have very quiet neighbours!

Eerder gezegd hier, dit huis is afdeling dik voor mekaar. Enerzijds spa op loopafstand en in je achtertuin heb je je eigen opgang naar het bos inclusief paden en mountainbike parcours. Jacuzzi, zwembad en sauna dik in orde en een uitermate prettige ontvangst.
Fijn verblijf, vooral de tuin met wellness is een aanrader!

Vakantie huisje in de categorie "Dik voor elkaar". Contact met de eigenaar en ontvangst was ook erg goed. We kregen een rustige rondleiding door het huisje met uitleg over de faciliteiten. De ligging in een bocht, net uit het stadje van Spa is ook erg goed.
Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und kann dieses Haus absolut empfehlen.
We hebben erg genoten van de tuin. Het was jammer genoeg slecht weer, heel leuk dat we na het zwemmen konden opwarmen in de sauna en hottub. Onze tieners genoten van hun privacy in hun ruime kamer. De ligging is perfect, erg rustig maar na 10 minuutjes wandelen ben je in het centrum van Spa, dit kan te voet of met de kabellift. Ook het avonturenpark Spa Forest is op wandelafstand. Het touwenparcours is leuk! Het kerhof naast het huis is een aanrader om te bezoeken, indrukwekkend!
Heel mooi artistiek huis. Goed onderhouden, heel proper. Ligging tussen het groen, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Enig minpunt: met kleine kindjes niet zo evident door heel veel trapjes en verhoogjes in en rond het huis. Vrij rondlopen buiten niet mogelijk voor kinderen wegens zwembad en steile tuin.

Très chouette maison, piscine au top avec matelas, bouée, gilet de sauvetage pour enfants, ballon etc....Sauna et Jacuzzi en parfait état. Petit Oasis de bonheur.
Super, we hadden heel mooi weer en elke dag genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaar Philippe is een ontzettend vriendelijke, man.

Wij hadden een zeer fijn verblijf met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. De buitenvoorzieningen zijn geweldig, net als de zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.

Wij hebben een fantastische midweek gehad in deze woning. Een vriendelijk ontvangst, alles is aanwezig in huis en de faciliteiten buiten zijn geweldig. Zoek niet verder.
Top huis op top locatie!! Gelegen aan t bos (loop je zo in vanuit de tuin) en slechts een paar minuten lopen van het centrum Spa. Huis incl jacuzzi, sauna, zwembad, darten, tafelvoetbal en een mega groot ( wel schuin op berg) grasveld. Heerlijke bedden en een hele vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Leuk voor gezin(nen) of kleine vriendengroep.
Was top. Eindelijk een huis waarin alles werkte. Super vriendelijk ontvangst, alles compleet. Gewoon top

Nous avons réservé la maison le temps d'un week end pour nous retrouver entre amis. Le logement correpond parfaitement a la description, sa situation proche de la ville de Spa et pourtant au calme dans la nature est un vrai atout! Décorée avec gout et equipée de A-Z, pleins de détails ont été pensés, rien a redire voir surprenant! Les propriétaires sont des gens très aimables et professionnelles, reactifs et chaleureux. Le départ dimanche soir est appréciable pour se détendre comme il faut.
beautiful house and very welcoming. everything is new and well cared for. we had an amazing host who showed us around the house and made sure that we were all set up. the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and thoughtful to the minimal detail. the house is next to a cemetery and up the hill but that did not affect us. it is possible to walk to the city center but keep in mind that you will have to walk on the street or the hike trail. no complains ! definitely will come back !!

Perfecte ligging en zeer goed ontvangen. Zeer leuk en warm huisje met alle nodige voorzieningen.
zeer mooi vakantiehuis, dicht tegen het centrum van spa enig minpuntje vond ik slecht toegang tot sauna.
Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Niet heel groot maar prima te doen. Alles was schoon en dat vinden wij heel belangrijk. Spa centrum is 10 min. lopen. 1 minpuntje: Je kunt niet met 8 personen in de huiskamer tv kijken. Is te klein. Verder TOP.

Een heel leuk verblijf, we hebben echt genoten van dit vakantiehuisje!!! We zouden wel eventueel eens terug komen met de kids mee! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars.

Een prachtig huis dat de verwachtingen overtreft. Zeer aangenaam ontvangst én afscheid een heerlijk huis met alle voorzieningen. Een dikke proficiat voor Philippe en Mélanie voor de goede zorg.
En week in dit keurige, schone huis gezeten met oudere kinderen. Genoten van de fijne wellness mogelijkheden en de prachtige omgeving. De keuken miste alleen een tosti-ijzer (pubers leven op tosti's) en de ijsmachine in de koelkast moet even goed onderhanden genomen worden. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime badkamers. De stapelbedden zijn echt alleen geschikt voor kleine kinderen (erg harde matrassen). We hebben een ontspannen vakantie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug.
Het huis was boven verwachting en heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij een heerlijk vakantiegevoel hadden. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik raad dit verblijf iedereen aan!

Prachtig vakantiehuis!! Zeer vriendelijke en goed bereikbare eigenaar. Huis was heel proper, voorzien van alle gemakken. Heel uitgebreide keukeninrichting. Heerlijk zwembad en een prachtige omgeving. 1 tip kijk voor je boekt even wat er in die periode te doen is in Spa. Als je echt voor je rust gaat, dan is het bijvoorbeeld tijdens Francofolies en de f1 erg druk in Spa.
Wij hebben een ontzettend aangenaam verblijf achter de rug. Het huis is enorm stijlvol en gezellig ingericht en alle nutsvoorzieningen zijn beschikbaar. De tuin is geweldig en dankzij het prachtige weer hebben wij dagelijks van het grote zwembad kunnen genieten. We hadden zelf speelgoed bij voor in het zwembad, maar zelfs dat was ter plaatse beschikbaar. Ook een ideale ligging, rustig gelegen maar toch ook dichtbij de dorpskern. Een echte aanrader!
Het is een prachtig huis met geweldige faciliteiten, de ligging is perfect lekker rustig en een paar honderd meter van het stadje Spa. En de beheerder is uiterst vriendelijk en service gericht. TOP
