The large living room and its open fireplace will ensure you spend pleasant and peaceful moments whilst the smaller living room will soon become the headquarters of the children and teenagers thanks to its table football table. They will also be able to benefit from the internet connection that will make them feel right at home.

The South-facing garden is entirely fenced (which comes in handy should you have a dog) and offers a magnificent terrace with a barbecue that will allow you to cook up a storm at your leisure and a 8m x 4m heated swimming pool with a superb pool house.

The swimming pool is shared with the (very discreet) landlord, who lives in the quarters adjoining the cottage, but the tenants have priority over it.

The holiday cottage is a stone’s throw away from the famous town of Spa, its thermal baths and its Museum of the Water Town and Spa Horse Museum. It is also only ten minutes away from Theux and its old castle or Stoumont where you will the Forestia Animal Park. Finally, you can also find Stavelot and its famous abbey only half an hour from Belgium's legendary Formula One Circuit de Francorchamps and close to Golf Champêtre de Stoumont.
