Arranged with care, this farmhouse will delight fans of beautiful mansions. Fully restored, it combines modern comfort with the authenticity of a home built with stones typical of the region.

This 3-star holiday cottage features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is ideal for all types of stays: with friends, family, or couples. Thanks to its restored stone walls, it has a characteristic charm that will immerse you into the typical Ardennes atmosphere. Although many original elements have been kept, the farmhouse has been equipped with all modern comforts to offer you an unforgettable stay in the Ardennes.

The Sprimont region in the province of Liège will charm you with its wide choice of activities for both young and old. In the centre of Sprimont, you will find many shops and restaurants. Less than 2 km away from your cottage, you will find a forest where you can enjoy a nice walk! Hiking enthusiasts should head to the Ninglinspo trail, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the country. It takes you along the Ninglinspo, the only mountain river in Belgium, through some breathtaking landscapes.

The villages of Fraiture and Louveigné, also nearby, are worth visiting. But you will have to choose between the many surrounding activities! You can visit the Caves of Remouchamps or the Cave of Comblain. Athletes will be happy go-karting and kayaking. If you are travelling with children, we recommend the Wild World of Aywaille, Source o Rama, and the adventure course at Forestia and its animal park.

De tweede badkamer is erg klein en kan je amper in recht staan. Geen idee hoe je dit moet doen als je met 10 personen huurd!? Mooie omgeving en mooi gerenoveerd huis en mooi ingericht. De waarborg in cash is ook niet meer van deze tijd zeker in deze corona-tijden (mss beter payconiq?), een bank om cash te gaan halen is ook niet echt in de buurt. Parking moeilijk toegankelijk en niet echt veel plaats. De living was overdag redelijk fris en geen mogelijkheid om de temp. aan te passen/verhoogen.

++ Tranquille séjour en famille. Salon / salle à manger agréables (mais sans grande vue sur le jardin). Bon équipement au niveau de la cuisine. - Il y a une salle de douche. Dans l'autre salle d'eau, c'est une baignoire-sabot. Ayant des grands adolescents, nous ne l'avons pas employée. - Sur le site, il est signalé que le jardin est partagé. On se doutait qu'il y avait plusieurs gîtes, mais la configuration exacte n'était pas claire. Il y a 3 gîtes côte à côte.

Top vakantiehuisje dat mooi gerenoveerd is, hele goed voorziene keuken en een prachtige tuin. Je deelt de tuin met anderen maar dat is niet storend (er zijn drie aansluitende vakantiehuisjes). Kleine min/verbeter puntjes: de Wifi is erg slecht, de badkamer op het tweede verdiep is beduidend minder en de bedden zijn eerder klein (1m40)

Avis très positif. Un bémol seulement: les frais à payer en liquide sont prohibitifs pour une maison qui ne doit évidemment pas être chauffée vu la saison. Avec la caution et la taxe de séjour, cela fait 620 euros à payer en liquide à l'arrivée, ce qui est beaucoup.

Gîte très beau et bien situé. Mobilier assez charmant, mais un peu vieillot. Tous le confort, sauf qlqs trucs manquant, p. b. l s. de bains, lave linge, fer à repasser.propreté ça va, mais présence de toiles araignée. Jardin spacieux et magnifique mais pas de chaises longues ni parasols, comme indiqué ds la publicité. On a passé un très bon séjour, les proorios sont très gentils, leurs chiens aussi, mais pas leur ?ds notre pelouse?. Un peu de lumière dans le jardin le soir aurait été top ?

The Condroz with its surprising landscapes

Around the Meuse and its valley, the Condroz is full of charming villages, farm castles and picturesque little towns. The relief, sometimes gentle, sometimes hilly, creates beautiful perspectives. The impressive rock faces that rise from the river banks create a contrasting landscape. It is the favourite region for lovers of enchanting views.
