Het vakantiehuis biedt geweldige wellnessfaciliteiten. Dat was voor ons de reden om het huis te boeken. Ook super fijn dat elke slaapkamer voorzien is van een badkamer. Nadeel van de woning: trappenhuis is niet geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen of ouderen, ook voor jonge kinderen is de trap niet echt veilig. Het huis is wel fijn voor gezinnen met wat oudere/zelfstandige kinderen. De tuin was heerlijk, wel minder privacy omdat er inkijk is vanuit andere tuinen. Prijskwaliteitverhouding minder.

Een zeer fijne vakantiehuisje.. een enige minpuntje waren de matrassen. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig en zeer goed geamuseerd.

le gite etait magnifique ,la piscine parfaite ainsi que la propreté.Malheureusement a notre arrivée nous avons eu une coupure de courant qui n a été résolue que 2 heures plus tard.Nous espérons et attendons un geste commercial pour ce désagrément majeur.

Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolés et étonnés d'apprendre que vous avez eu une coupure de courant et subi un désagrément à ce sujet. Ni Ardennes-étape ni la propriétaire n'en ont été informés. La propriétaire nous a signalé que l'électricien a dû contrôler un interrupteur le jour d'arrivée mais aucune intervention ni coupure de courant n'a été nécessaire. Fijne midweek gehad met 3 volwassenen, 2 adolescenten en 3 kinderen. Uiteraard genoten van het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de sauna. Leuk tuintje om in te eten en zonnebaden en met fijne speeltuigen voor de kleinere kinderen. Te noteren dat er iets meer huisraad mag aanwezig zijn in de keuken en dat alles zich op verschillende niveau's bevindt. Dus als je buiten wil eten moet je de trap op en door de living met al het eten en het servies.

Wij hebben en heel fijn weekend achter de rug. We hebben enorm genoten van zwembad en wellness. Keuken heel mooi gedecoreerd. We waanden ons echt in de bergen. Wij bevelen het warm aan.

Verzorgde woning, maar teveel trappen voor mij, omdat ik gehandicapt ( enkelprothese ) ben . Maar het zwembad en jacuzzi zijn pluspunt, maar de sauna kregen wij niet in gang ? ( nergens instructiegegevens ) . Ook geen plannetjes met wandelroutes ter beschikking, en geen thee/ koffiepot aanwezig !Mooi vacantiehuis ,mooie ligging, misschien het ontbreken van een toilet op de tweede verdieping is een klein minpunt .

Réponse du propriétaire: - il y a bien les explications des 2 saunas, celles-ci se trouvent à la piscine - il y a bien une machine à café ( c est une Dolce Gusto) - concernant la toilette, il y a 1 wc au sous et au premier étage

Bij aankomst was er gelijk al een taalbarrière. Verder begon de eigenaresse gelijk te dreigen over of wij wel met het juiste aantal personen waren. Ze wou de sleutel eerst ook niet geven terwijl er iemand van de groep voor het huis stond te wachten met 2 kleine kinderen. Verder dreigde ze ons in de gaten te houden etc. Daarna gleed er iemand uit in het zwembad wat dus ook niet helemaal veilig was. Al met al kijken wij dus niet fijn terug op ons verblijf door de slechte start.

Het huis is een twee-onder- een-kap. Vanuit de tuin kijk je naar beneden naar de tuin van de buren. De eigenaresse is goed bereikbaar, het huis is mooi en schoon. Niet aan te raden als je slecht ter been bent, of als je kleine kinderen hebt, i.v.m. de gevaarlijke trappen. We hadden graag een ontvangst gehad met uitleg over het huis, over het afval, over het zwembad etc. Wat we verder misten waren kussens voor de tuinstoelen. En door de camera's rond het huis hadden we minder privacy dan gewild

Veel de prijzig voor wat het is! Absoluut niet kindvriendelijk, zeer veel trappen. De slaapkamers oogden mooi, maar waren niet vrij van stof en spinnennetten, de matrassen waren hard, er was geen opbergruimte voor kledij. De tuin werd weinig onderhouden, is absoluut niet gezellig en kent geen privacy. De wellness is een meerwaarde, maar ook niet onderhouden, geen chloor aanwezig in het water. De jacuzzi kon na 2 dagen niet meer gebruikt worden! Zeer weinig keukengerief aanwezig voor 9 personen.
