This lovely vacation home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an indoor pool and a relaxation area is a little cocoon with incredible charm.
Authenticity, relaxation and comfort: these are the key words of your stay in this superb cottage. You will love the local stone that gives it real character, then, once you push the door, you will feel like you are entering a luxurious wooden chalet... After a good breath of fresh air, enjoy its beautiful wellness area : take a few laps in the indoor pool then slip into the sauna, the jacuzzi or the infrared cabin. In summer, take a sunbath while watching the kids playing in the garden or on the playground. Then, you will only have a few steps to take to sit around the table to have an aperitif on the terrace : disconnection guaranteed!
The province of Liège is full of gems to discover... If you like to walk in nature, you are in luck, a lot of walks are available around like the bucolic hike along the Ninglinspo. In just about ten minutes, take the kids to the Forestia wildlife park : a great activity to meet the forest inhabitants. Do not hesitate to take a trip to Aywaille, where it is pleasant to stroll before having a drink on the terrace.

Très beau gîte décoré avec goût, très propre, bien situé, bien aménagé, petit point négatif:manque un frigo au 1er étage pour éviter les aller retour au rez-de-chaussée pour se sustenter et profiter pleinement du coin extérieur.

Mooi huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Genoeg te doen om lekker tijd met het gezin door te brengen.
‘n Beetje moeilijk gevonden ,de weg er naartoe. Enkel met google maps, oké. Spijtig dat we de eigenaars niet ontmoet hebben. Ondanks dit, hebben we een heel fijn en fantastisch verblijf gehad!
A very pleasant, clean, convenient vacation home. Stayed 1 weekend. Close to village with few restaurants. Close to main sight seeing landmarks, like hikes, caves and Spa. Pool table was our big surprise which we used every day. Swimming pool is nice to have which we did not use that much. Advise bring klamboe as there were musquitos and not hors for the windows. Top floor room can ventslated well. All rooms have modern, clean, high standard sanitair/ bathrooms. Outside sitting area great.
Huis was heel mooi gerenoveerd. Maar heel gevaarlijk voor mensen met jonge kinderen. We hadden vier kinderen onder de 3 jaar en de trappen waren zo gevaarlijk. De keuken was helaas heel onpraktisch. Alles stond ver van elkaar. Met het mooie weer wouden we buiten eten en moest je alles een verdiep omhoog doen. De tuin was niet onderhouden. Het speeltuig was onstabiel en lag overal kiezel. Er stonden netels in de tuin. De eigenaars niet gezien. Bij vertrek om exact 10h stond de poetsdienst er
Bedankt voor uw mening en uw opmerkingen. Naar aanleiding van sommige opmerkingen betreffende de trap, heeft de eigenaar deze veiliger gemaakt met het instellen van stijgers en veiligheidshekjes. De tuin bevindt zich inderdaad op niveau 1, terwijl de keuken ligt op niveau 0. De vertrekuur is voorzien om 10 u op vrijdagochtend zodat de poetsvrouw genoeg tijd heeft om de woning schoon te maken voor de volgende huurders.

Het vakantiehuis biedt geweldige wellnessfaciliteiten. Dat was voor ons de reden om het huis te boeken. Ook super fijn dat elke slaapkamer voorzien is van een badkamer. Nadeel van de woning: trappenhuis is niet geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen of ouderen, ook voor jonge kinderen is de trap niet echt veilig. Het huis is wel fijn voor gezinnen met wat oudere/zelfstandige kinderen. De tuin was heerlijk, wel minder privacy omdat er inkijk is vanuit andere tuinen. Prijskwaliteitverhouding minder.

Een zeer fijne vakantiehuisje.. een enige minpuntje waren de matrassen. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig en zeer goed geamuseerd.
Très chouette maison et infrastructures. Le linge de maison pourrait être à disposition vu le prix.. et le Wi-Fi amélioré

le gite etait magnifique ,la piscine parfaite ainsi que la propreté.Malheureusement a notre arrivée nous avons eu une coupure de courant qui n a été résolue que 2 heures plus tard.Nous espérons et attendons un geste commercial pour ce désagrément majeur.

Ni Ardennes-étape ni la propriétaire n'en ont été informés. La propriétaire nous a signalé que l'électricien a dû contrôler un interrupteur le jour d'arrivée mais aucune intervention ni coupure de courant n'a été nécessaire. Fijne midweek gehad met 3 volwassenen, 2 adolescenten en 3 kinderen. Uiteraard genoten van het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de sauna. Leuk tuintje om in te eten en zonnebaden en met fijne speeltuigen voor de kleinere kinderen. Te noteren dat er iets meer huisraad mag aanwezig zijn in de keuken en dat alles zich op verschillende niveau's bevindt. Dus als je buiten wil eten moet je de trap op en door de living met al het eten en het servies.
