A true paradise for a couple looking for peace and quiet, this chalet offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable and comfortable stay in the Belgian Ardennes.

Perched on the heights in a small hamlet near Stavelot, this superb chalet offers breath-taking views on the surrounding countryside and a high level of comfort. Right from the living room, you will be able to enjoy the impressive natural setting thanks to its panoramic windows, which give a nice light to the room and splendid views on the outside. The main room is very well arranged with a sitting area, dining room and kitchen. The cottage has also a comfortable and nicely decorated bedroom, a very modern beautiful bathroom, and an infrared sauna as a little bonus that should make you happy. Finally, the outside, with a terrace and a beautifully maintained garden, is a haven of peace where you can pause and enjoy life.

Even though the chalet is in a peaceful setting in the countryside, you will be ideally located, between Stavelot and Malmedy, to explore the many jewels in this beautiful region. One attraction not to be missed is the Abbey of Stavelot, where you can spend a nice day of discovery thanks to its beautiful garden and its three remarkable museums. Also in Stavelot, active travellers should go to Ardennes Cycling for half-day mountain bike rentals to enjoy the splendid marked trails. A day in Malmedy is also a must, where visits to the Baugnez 44 Historical Center and the Malmundarium are highly recommended. And for some entertainment, head to Bowling 362 or MovieMills for a beautiful evening with your loved one.

Nature, calm, discoveries and entertainment: everything you need for a successful couple holiday is here. So book now this cosy little nest!

Holiday as a middle-aged couple Long-Weekend July 2022

De ligging is fantastisch, alleen de toegang kan enkel te voet en is zeer steil omhoog. Spijtig! Dit doen we op latere leeftijd niet meer.

Looking for an incredible landscape in Belgium? Then you need to check out the fens plateau, in the Province of Liege. Made up of moors and peat bogs, it flirts with extremes and takes on the air of a Siberian steppe or African savannah, depending on the season. And if some places are very popular, the 67,000 hectares covered by the High Fens-Eiffel Nature Park offer a multitude of seldom visited places to explore.
