Located in the province of Liège, near Stavelot with its shops and restaurants, this pretty holiday home can accommodate four guests and a faithful pet. It has two beautifully decorated bedrooms and one comfortable bathroom.
The welcoming living room, with a Bluetooth speaker/docking station and TV, is the perfect place to relax before sitting down to dinner in the charming dining room with its huge bay windows overlooking the landscape of fields and forests. The well-equipped, open-plan kitchen has a 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
Enjoy an aperitif on the attractive patio with panoramic views of nature while the gas BBQ heats up. There is private parking for two cars and a large garage to keep bikes secure. An internet connection is available.

Super aardige eigenaar we hebben een top mtb weekend gehad hier! Met een super mooi huisje en een top uitzicht we komen zeker terug
We werden enthousiast ontvangen door Laurence en kregen meteen een korte rondleiding in het kraaknette huis. Alles was piekfijn in orde en de kleine extraatjes (biertjes en appelsap in de koelkast, ontbijtkoeken aan de deur op zaterdag) maakten het extra fijn. Pluspunt: de aanliggende wei was ideaal om onze hond 's ochtends en 's avonds nog eens uit te laten
Wij kwamen hier terug en komen hier terug ! Tophuis voor koppel met hond.
Wij werden prettig ontvangen in dit bijna nieuwe vakantiehuis wat met deze ligging en uitzicht zo mooi is. Er is in de omgeving genoeg te doen maar tot rust komen is ook prima mogelijk. Op Zondag broodjes aan de deur gevonden en ons hondje had ook veel ruimte. Gewoon een Top huis en Top locatie met hele aardige eigenaren.
Geweldig huisje met top uitzicht! Lopend via het Ravel pad naar Stavelot binnen een half uur! Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Zeker een aanrader!
Un weekend au top dans ce superbe gîte. Les propriétaires ont fait du sacré boulot, le gîte est magnifique, et tout confort. C'était juste trop court!
Mooi en nieuw vakantiehuis, met een geweldig uitzicht! Het huis was schoon, de bedden slapen heerlijk en vanuit het huis loop je zo via de weide naar de rivier. De weide was perfect voor onze hond. Je kijkt uit op een mooie groene omgeving en hoewel we alleen bij aankomst een zonsondergang hebben gezien, zal dit bij mooi weer vast iedere keer weer prachtig zijn!

Heel comfortabel en kraaknet huis met een prachtig uitzicht op de Amblève-vallei. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de vriendelijke eigenaars . Alles is aanwezig en is nog nieuw. Handig ook dat onze wagen in de garage kon bij dit mooie maar koude weer. Voor wie langer verblijft zou een wasmachine handig zijn.
Fantastisch huis, mooi uitzicht en alles is aanwezig. Hele aardige gastheer en vrouw, echt hele lieve mensen. Dikke aanrader

Mooi nieuw vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht
Perfecte gîte : comfortabel en zéér praktisch. Na modderige wandelingen (mét hond) mogelijkheid tot drogen van natte kleding en vuile wandelschoenen in de garage. Iedere kamer voorzien van ruimte voor het handig ophangen van kledij en bewaren van andere spullen. Keuken en badkamer top ingericht en werkelijk àlles voorzien. Kortom : een tijdelijke tweede THUIS ! Met dank aan de vriendelijke eigenaren voor alle voorzieningen, de ontvangst, de leuke babbel en het ontbijt aan de deur op zondag.
Bij het inrichten is er tot in detail nagedacht over het comfort, de sfeer en luxe. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en het uizicht prachtig. De eigenaars van de woning zijn aardig en attent.

Zeer mooie woning met groot terras waar we nog goed van genoten hebben omwille van het warme septemberzonnetje. Vanuit de eethoek genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Prima gelegen om oa met onze hond via de weide naar de Emblève te wandelen. En op wandelafstand van Stavelot. Zeer lieve gastvrouw en gastheer. Alles is voorzien. Een aanrader!

Zeer net huis, heel fijn gelegen. Je loopt de weide naar beneden zo naar de Ambléve. Daar kan je met enig geluk de Grote Gele Kwikstaarten, Waterspreeuwen en IJsvogels zien. Communicatie ging soepel en het huis was zeer netjes en voldeed voor ons aan alle gemakken. Parkeren in de garage is ook erg fijn als het wel regent. Host is erg aardig en fijn om mee te praten. Keep it up Laurence :) 10/10 en zeker aan te raden.
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce gîte décoré avec gout, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Accueil excellent, propriétaires très sympatiques et très attentionnés. Très belle région et excellent repas pris à l'Abbaye de Tavelot, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
Top huis voor Auto en motor liefhebbers die graag hun machine binnen laten slapen! Alles klopt in dit huis van het moment je aankomt en binnen stapt! Wij zijn fan!
Wij hebben het bijzonder goed naar ons zin gehad in dit mooie vakantiehuis. Perfect ontvangen door de gastvrouw die ons wegwijs gemaakt heeft in het vakantiehuis. Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Kwalitatief een 10+. Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

In 1 woord : het perfecte vakantiehuis op de perfecte plaats! Vanuit de eetkamer/keuken heb je een prachtig zicht op het groene landschap, de natuur !
Comfortabel huis met prachtig uitzicht inclusief langslopende reeën. Huis is brandschoon en zeer compleet uitgerust. Citruspers, tosti apparaat, gourmetstel, kaasfondue pan, slacentrifuge, ovenschalen, kruiden, olie & azijn etc. etc. Indien je zelf wilt koken, ontbreekt het je aan niets. Badkamer heeft een heerlijke stortdouche en is voorzien van een föhn.
Heerlijk huis, prima plek om uitstapjes te maken. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en heer.
