This 600 m² villa was designed to accommodate up to 22 people, by offering each guest all the necessary space and comfort. Featuring six large bedrooms for four people, each of them equipped with their own private bathroom, it will be easy to organize your stay and avoid queues in front of the bathroom! You will also enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen where several people can work together to prepare the evening feast. Zeer ruim verzorgd huis. Wat tekorten in de keuken zoals koffielepeltjes... Zwembad was goed alleen veel teveel chloor en chloordampen waardoor er sommige personen problemen hadden. Sommige badpakken hadden verkleuring van te veel aan chloor. De omgeving is er schitterend , wij hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad.

We krijgen van de eigenaar volgende reactie : "We hebben chloor nagemeten . Dit was nog binnen de normen maar hebben op basis van de opmerking het chloor gehalte naar omlaag bijgesteld . De klanten van de week nadien hebben geen opmerking meer gegeven"

Een prima vakantiehuis, maar het huis is wat saai en er is een vochtprobleem in de kelder (naast het vocht wat het zwembad levert). Dit veroorzaakt schimmel en geur. Het zwemwater was alles behalve schoon waardoor veel zwemmers snel last van hun ogen kregen. Het huis kan enig onderhoud gebruiken. Kamers en bedden zijn prima. De eigenaar is vriendelijk. Vanuit de woonkamer geen verbinding met of zicht op achtertuin. Achtertuin in zeer matige staat van onderhoud.

Antwoord van de eigenaar : "Bedankt voor uw feedback. Ik ben verbaasd te horen over een eventueel probleem van vocht / schimmel. Dat heb ik zelf niet ter plaatse kunnen vaststellen. Het zwembad is constant elektronisch (met zout) ontsmet. Soms nemen spelende kinderen zand mee in het zwembad wat geen probleem is maar daardoor kan zand op bodem van zwembad liggen. Dit kuisen we telkens na verblijf op. Het salon heeft geen direct verbinding met de achtertuin maar wel de open keuken, die naast de woonkamer staat."

Het was een nette woning. Alles was lekker groot. Zoals de keuken, woonkamer, lounge hoek, zwembad en de kamers inlclusief de badkamer erin uiteraard ook. Perfect geregeld alles. super aardige man die ons de sleutels gaf en het huis liet zien.

Tof huis met zeer veel ruimte. Prettig dat elke kamer eigen sanitair heeft. Het zwembad is een grote troef, de kinderen waren er niet weg te slaan. Wij hadden een elektriciteitspanne maar er was een zeer snelle interventie. Wij hadden een TOP-weekend!

Super vakantiehuis om te boeken met een groep! Super ontvangst en contact met Emilio! Ik kan dit hui szeker ook aanraden in de zomer want er is een leuke buitenplek en bbq! Zwembad, jacuzzi en sauna waren perfect onderhouden en in uitstekende staat!

Maison spacieuse, grandes chambres et espace de vie spacieux. Mais après une visite de la maison, il s'est avéré qu'elle n'était pas très propre, dans les chambres les matelas avec des grosses taches, le BBQ, la vaisselle sale (même si le nettoyage est payer à part), dans le coin buanderie, des linges et des couvertures sales jetées dans un coin, l'eau du jacuzzi est devenue verte à cause du mauvais fonctionnement du filtre, par rapport au prix, nous avions des attentes plus élevée.

Nous recevons du propriétaire la réponse suivante : "Nous avons vérifié les matelas, et celui qui, en effet, présentait une tâche, a été remplacé. Nous sommes étonnés que de la vaisselle sale aurait été présente. Nous n'avions pas l'habitude de nettoyer le barbecue en hiver, mais cela fait désormais partie de notre procédure de nettoyage. Nous sommes également étonnés par rapport à la remarque sur le jacuzzi : le filtre fonctionne très bien, l'eau de Stavelot est très pure, et l'eau du jacuzzi est renouvelée et chlorée systématiquement entre chaque séjour. Nous avions fait repeindre entièrement la villa juste avant ce séjour, et les ouvriers ont probablement laissé quelques chiffons, en effet, traîner dans la buanderie : ils ont bien entendu été évacués."
