This house for 6 persons is situated on a small farmhouse in the centre of Stoumont in the province of Liège, Belgium. The refined decoration of this functional holiday rental combines perfectly with its soberly charming wooden and stone materials.

This old local-stone farmhouse in the Ardennes hosts a large apartment with modern comfort. Laid out on 3 levels, it is wide enough to insure pleasant holiday moments all day long: the dining-room is slightly raised above the sitting-room in order to offer a pleasant eating area. Another sitting-room lies upstairs in order to create another calm and relaxing area. Both bedrooms upstairs are wide and clear. The third bedroom lies at the top level for more privacy and tranquility. Outside, you will find a 170m² shared garden with barbecue where you can have breakfast if you want to.

Stoumont is an uneven municipality – its altitude stretches from 150 to 550 meters – offering various landscapes and panoramas. It is also a “water town” since it hosts numerous sources of naturally fizzy mineral water at the place called Bru. The region offers many leisure and discovery activities, ranging from farmer golf to donkey rides and interesting caves. A few kilometers away from Stoumont lies the town of Coo, famous for its waterfall and amusement park. The former is the highest in Belgium with its 15 meters and stands in the heart of a wooded valley. The latter, Plopsa Coo, is an amusement park for all ages.

Zeer gezellige en authentieke woning. Alles is er netjes. Tip: verduisterende gordijnen in de slaapkamers. De tuin is eerder klein, maar met leuke buren is dat geen probleem. Fijne ontvangst!

het huisje ligt heel strategisch. De keukentafel die wat krap staat en de vele trappen in het huis namen we er graag bij. Ook de ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Kleinigheid vergeten door de eigenaar maar na een telefoontje stond hij nog geen 5 min later al aan de deur. supervriendelijke bediening. De kleine tuin is gemeenschappelijk maar is toch aangenaam om te verpozen.

Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor actieve vakantiegangers zoals fietsers. Keuken voorzien van de nodige spullen, sanitair is ok. Voor een mooi terras of tuin met uitzicht boekt u beter elders.

Fijn huisje, goed gelegen om te gaan wandelen. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt, wandelen langs de Amblève is een aanrader. Goede bakker in het dorp, supermarkt is vrij ver weg. Inrichting huisje oké. Plaats waar eettafel staat wel wat krap voor 6 personen (te weinig ruimte voor de stoelen, zodat je telkens moet opstaan als iemand erlangs moet). Goede douche, ruime slaapkamers. Tip: verduisterende gordijnen in de slaapkamers zouden fijn zijn.

We reserveerden pas heel laat. We vonden de woning in een prima conditie. Het onthaal was heel correct en vriendelijk. Alle noodzakelijke materiaal was aanwezig voor 6 personen. De woning was kraaknet en gezellig.
