If you love peace and quiet, and nature, then this is the perfect place for you! This beautiful, detached house is nestled in a stunning natural setting on the high ground of Stoumont. You’ll find yourself on the edge of the forest here, with just a meadow next to the house. The house, which was designed by a renowned architect from Liège in the late 1960s, is distinctively hexagon-shaped. It was built using natural materials, including sandstone and arkose blocks, natural schist roofing, and wood. It is an authentic and original place, which also has a large lawn and a south-facing patio, perfect for enjoying aperitifs in the sun (it is also worth mentioning that the second patio is equipped with a BBQ grill!). Indoors, you’ll love the open hearth (cassette), which adds to the cocooning vibe, and large bay windows, which are ideal for admiring the flora (and occasionally the fauna). You holiday home is located in Stoumont, on the edge of the province of Liège. Its location makes it a perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking trails. It is ideal for setting off on a walk and exploring this wonderful region with a multitude of things to see and do, starting with listening to the bellowing deer (in October), doing athletic or recreational activities, or discovering the mythical Ninglinspo walk…
