Stoumont is a very special place in the province of Liège. Difference in altitude within the municipality is around 400 metres and it has many water sources. This is the perfect place to really get to know the Belgian Ardennes : Durbuy is only 45 minutes away, and a half an hour drive brings you to Malmedy .

Coo [7km]

Coo is just a few minutes away from Stavelot. This little place is mostly known for the famous Coo waterfalls and the Plopsa Coo amusement park. Furthermore, Coo is exceptionally located in the Belgian Ardennes. Malmedy and Durbuy , two essential stops during your stay in the region, are just 16 and 46 kilometres away respectively.

Trois-Ponts [10km]

Trois-Ponts thanks its name to the three bridges crossing its territory over the rivers Amblève and Salm. The area has a lot to offer families with young kids: playgrounds or a ride on the back of a donkey through the breath-taking nature. Furthermore, Trois-Ponts is just a few minutes away from Malmedy and 45 minutes from Durbuy , the world's smallest city.

Aangenaam huis met leuke tuin. Er zijn 2 badkamers en 2 wc's. Alleen jammer dat die beide op de gelijkvloerse verdieping zijn. Het huis is ook èrg gehorig;je hoort alle geluiden overal, met kinderen is dat minder leuk...

Fijn te lezen in uw enquête dat u tevreden van uw verblijf bent. Zoals gemeld op onze website zijn de WC op de niveau 0. Met het warme weer hebben we zeker genoten van het zwembad. De woning is in orde en is op alles voorzien. Enkel de voorzieningen buiten, tuinstoelen, BBQ en schommel zijn aan vervanging of renovatie toe. Maar al bij al is deze woning zeker zijn geld waard. Ook een heel mooie streek om te gaan wandelen.

Dank om uw mening te delen! Wij hebben uw opmerkingen aan de eigenaar doorgegeven voor verder nazicht. De schommel is 2 jaar oud en in goede staat. Alleen is deze voorzien voor kleine kindjes en een normaal gebruik ervan. Betreffende de tuinstoelen zijn er voldoende aanwezig voor de capaciteit van de vakantiewoning. Een nieuwe BBQ is voorzien voor het volgende seizoen. Het is fijn te lezen dat u genoten heeft van uw vakantie.

Een leuke week gehad. Het huis was dik in orde, proper en goed uitgerust. Echter was het zwembad een teggenvaller, randen van het zwembad zagen groen ... niet proper dus! Moet het zwembad proper zijn geweest was dit een top vakantie

Uw opmerkingen werden naar de eigenares doorgestuurd. Zij bevestigt dat de randen zou groen zijn dankzij de verzengende hitte van deze zomer. Zij vindt het spijtig dat u geen contact met haar heeft genomen en direct een oplossing tijdens uw verblijf te vinden. Bedankt voor uw getuigenis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans cette maison. Rien n'y manque; le rapport qualité-prix est très bon! La situation est idéale et le fait de pouvoir profiter de la piscine du propriétaire est un plus non négligeable.

Het huis is ons enorm tegengevallen en was hoegenaamd niet wat wij verwacht hadden ; de ligging was echter wel zeer goed. Dankzij het goede weer hebben wij toch van een aangename vakantie kunnen genieten
