This huge 4.5 star luxury villa of mountain style for 30 persons situated on the bank of the Amblève river in Stoumont is a true heaven of peace for groups looking for green landscapes and tranquility.

This warm and modern villa in the province of Liège, Belgium, will plunge you in an atmosphere of mountain chalet. It immediately suggests relaxation thanks to its wellness area hosting a warmed indoor swimming-pool (28°C), a sauna and a shower. What could be better than that? And yet, the rest of this groupaccommodation confirms this first impression: conviviality hovers in every room. A playroom with pool and soccer table lies next to the sitting-room, the dining-room has different large tables and a wide professional kitchen also suggests convivial moments. The warm-coloured bedrooms are laid out on two floors and they all come with a private bathroom. This villa has in total 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. And the 1200m² garden with its terrace overlooking the Amblève river will also make for unforgettable moments, not mentioning the kiosk, the petanque ground, the toboggan and the play shed. A few kilometers away lie Remouchamps, a municipality belonging to the town of Aywaille, and its famous cave offering the longest underground boating in the world. Stoumont is a very special place in the province of Liège. Difference in altitude within the municipality is around 400 metres and it has many water sources. This is the perfect place to really get to know the Belgian Ardennes : Durbuy is only 45 minutes away, and a half an hour drive brings you to Malmedy .

Remouchamps [12km]

Remouchamps is part of the municipality of Aywaille in the beautiful valley of the river Amblève. One of the most important attractions in the region is Le Monde Sauvage, the amazing safari park. Remouchamps, with its famous caves, is only a 20 minutes' drive from Spa , one of the most charming cities in the Belgian Ardennes , and the lively city of Liège is easily accessible through the nearby highway.
