This wood-built holiday home is located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, only 500 metres from a forest. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The cosy living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove and offers stunning views over the valley. The well-equipped kitchen will inspire you to get cooking, while on the large terrace you can soak up the sun, take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy a mouthwatering barbecue. Good news: your dog is also welcome!
You find yourself in an ideal region for walking and cycling. Top tip: don't miss the walk along the Ninglinspo, said to be one of the most beautiful in all of the Ardennes. The High Fens natural reserve, the largest in all of Belgium, also offers breathtaking walks among beautifully unspoilt countryside. Along the paved paths around Warfaz lake, you can easily stroll along with a pushchair or take a ride on a scooter. As on the lake itself, you can also go pedal-boating. The Gileppe dam offers numerous adventure activities, as well as an unforgettable gastronomic experience in a restaurant with a 360° view, perched at the top of a tower! In the famous thermal spa town of Spa, besides the thermal baths and casino, you can also soak up a good amount of culture. As for the romantics among you, don't miss a visit to the enchanting Bayehon waterfall.

Mooi huis, vriendelijke eigenaar. Tuin niet vrij en jammer van de snelweg
Dit verblijf overtrof mijn verwachtingen! Het ontvangst was hartelijk, de jacuzzi en het uitzicht waren geweldig, en zelfs de snelweg was vrijwel onhoorbaar, behalve als we onze filmpjes achteraf bekeken. Een absolute aanrader!
Het ontvangst was super fijn, heel normale, sympathieke mensen die klaar staan als er iets nodig is. De jacuzzie en het uitzicht is echt zalig de snelweg stoorde op geen enkel moment
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was in orde en de jacuzzi was een leuke meerwaarde. Vriendelijke ontvangst.
Wij hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad. Alles begon bij een goede ontvangst met veel en duidelijke uitleg. Een heel verzorgde en goed onderhouden chalet met alles aanwezig wat er nodig is. Een prachtig uitzicht en genoten van de jacuzzi. Wij zijn heel tevreden vakantiegangers en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen. Zonder meer een aanrader !
Prima huis met fijne jacuzzi!
Mooi huisje met mooi uitzicht en keurig schoon en onderhouden. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er behalve een oven. Daarom hebben we onze air fryer meegenomen. Enige minpuntje is dat de snelweg op korte afstand van het huisje loopt. (Ca. 100m) maar afhankelijk van de windrichting en regen hoor je deze soms storend maar vaak ook alleen op de achtergrond. De jacuzzi was heerlijk. Elke avond voor het douchen er even in. Als we volgend jaar weer naar deze omgeving gaan, komen we zeker terug in dit huis.
Heel aangenaam huisje, alle comfort aanwezig, zeer proper en goed onenderhouden. Gezellig ingericht. Terras is prima, goed afsluitbaar voor de hond. Jaccuzi is een grote meerwaarde, proper en onderhouden. Enige kleine nadeel is het geluid van de snelweg soms, maar in feite heeft ons dat op geen enkel moment echt gestoord. Heel correcte en fijne ontvangst door de uitbaters. Een aanrader voor een ontspannende vakantie met hond en/of kinderen.

Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad met een zeer warme verwelkoming. Alles was naar wens. Prachtig verblijf! Zeker een aanrader. ;)
Heerlijk genoten met ons gezinnetje!
Très beau gîte, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de four et qu’il soit fort proche d’un autre gîte. Niveau propreté nickel, rien à dire. Belle situation. Très bon entretien du jacuzzi ! Je recommande. Un super accueil ! Et très disponible car nous n’avons pas de parasol. Nous avons envoyé téléphoner et dans la journée, on nous a apporté un parasol !
