There is also a fully equipped kitchen that is very practical and functional and where you will find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes and feasts for the whole family. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. And do not miss the beautiful setting outside, which is why you will enjoy relaxing on the small pleasant terrace with a barbecue during nice summer evenings. Très beau logement . Tout près de Durbuy . Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour . Petit bémol : odeur de chien , dérangeant pour les gens comme nous qui n'en ont pas . Et la propreté n'était pas impeccable . Quelques poils de chien dans l'escalier ..
Leuk en net vakantiehuis, goede uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen.

Een prachtig verblijf in een zeer net appartement met een goede host

Het is ideaal voor 2 personen. De tuin is minder goed het is niet afgespannen en de honden kunnen weglopen. Ook is er geen privacy tussen de terassen. De woning is heel modern dat was fijn.
Een zeer comfortabel huisje, voorzien met alle apparatuur. Uitstekende matrassen, idem douche. Nieus, schoon, sfeervol ingericht. De gastheer zeer flexibel en behulpzaam. Een tip voor de eigenaar - een formele prullenbak in de keuken ontbreekt. Maar misschien is het per ongeluk.
Mooie woning maar weinig basis keukenmateriaal: 6 glazen, 6 tassen is wat weinig in een woning die voor 4 personen voorzien is. Matrassen zijn heel hard. Ook werd er maar 1 set lakens voorzien, het is niet omdat er 2 volwassenen zijn, dat het gaat om een koppel....
Heerlijk huisje gelegen vlakbij Durbuy in een lekker rustige en landelijke omgeving.

Gîte très confortable, joliment aménagé et zen, propre, accueil très agréable, jardin commun immense et très apaisant, le petit moins est l'absence de partie privative extérieure avec un chien. Très belles balades au départ du village.

Mooie vakantie woning in dorp tussen de boerderijen. Van binnen leuk modern ingericht. Helaas geeft de ligging tegenover een zeer oude boerderij met koeien buiten, maar door gebrek aan horren ook binnen, overlast van vliegen en muggen. Horren is wel een must! Met een nieuw likje verf ziet het er van binnen weer mooi uit. De omgeving is mooi en genoeg te doen!

Durbuy vlot te bereiken met de auto. Keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer perfect. Woonkamer wat ongezellig en oncomfortabele zetel. Tuinmeubels aan vervanging toe. Verder wel mooi onderhouden grote gemeenschappelijke tuin, echter hield de verhuurder geen rekening met de aanwezigheid van onze jonge hond (vergif gespoten op onkruid). Heel vriendelijke buurtbewoners en héél rustig dorpje waar je volledig tot rust kan komen en mooi kan wandelen (je moet wel van koeien houden).
De ontvangst was zeer duidelijk en vriendelijk. Het huisje was heel proper en rustig gelegen. We hadden wel last van veel vliegen door de nabijgelegen boerderij en er zijn geen vliegenramen voorzien. Het huisje is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verschillende nabijgelegen dorpen en steden. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
Moderne ruime woning met een goede ligging. Mooie grote tuin, wat leuk was voor ons hondje. Jammer van de oncomfortabele te kleine zetel, en te kleine tafel. Mooie badkamer. Keuken voorzien van voldoende apparatuur. Een kleine tip, een leuning aan de trap zou misschien de veiligheid kunnen verhogen.
Antwoord van de eigenaar: Cher client, merci de vos commentaires positifs et points d’améliorations . Nous avons déjà fait la commande de la rampe d’escalier en août et attendons la pose par le menuisier. Les corps de métiers sont un peu surchargés en raison des dégâts des inondations de l’été . Pour la table ronde, nous n’avions pas encore reçu de commentaires a ce sujet mais je vais y regarder.

We loved our time here, a perfect get away in a lovely quiet location. The one small problem we found was the amount of flies in the property. We believe they all came from the garbage bin located outside. The bin is shared by all the homes and as it was next to the end apartment (ours) we had so many flies, even eating food was a problem. Maybe the bin for the homes could be relocated slightly away from the property? in a closed space? apart from that, we loved our stay!
weekendje weg dichtbij Durbuy. Vakantiehuis ligt op nog geen 5min van Durbuy. Zeer toffe woning met alles erop en eraan. Niets op aan te merken. Er is veel te doen in de streek waardoor je u niet kunt vervelen. Ideaal vakantiehuis voor met meerdere koppels te boeken, gemeenschappelijke bbq , petanqueplein. Alles net onderhouden. We hebben een zeer tof weekend achter de rug.
