This home is as authentic as it gets and its appeal is in perfect keeping with the charming village of Torgny. Visit local markets to discover regional products (Orval, famous for its wonderful cheeses and beers, is not far away), make time for a long lunch, end the day with a few drinks at the bar or enjoy the relaxing views of the French valley from the sunny terrace.

In Torgny, the southernmost village in Belgium, you canenjoy a wonderful holiday any time of year. The home is located in theGaume region, known for its microclimate. The sun really does shine more often here than in the rest of Belgium, making it perfect for winegrowing! So, make sure to visit the local wineries of Le Poirier du Loup, Les Fouchères and L’épinette. In Torgny itself, you can admire quite a few heritage sites, such as the old public wash-house, traditional farmhouses and chapel.

We hebben genoten van een superweekend onder vrienden. Leuk huis, mooie ligging. Een extra zetel in het salon zou beter zijn.
Een mooi verblijf in oudentieke sfeer .Spijtig van de kleine eet/zitruimte ruimtes omdat het huis voor 14 personen is. Zeker aan te raden indien eens grondig gepoetst

Fijne vakantie met vrienden in deze prachtige streek
Het huis was ouder dan verwacht. De verwarming werkte op zich prima, maar doordat het huis zo slecht geïsoleerd is, was het toch onvoldoende warm voor ons. Het sanitair werd wel vernieuwd en was prima en proper. De rest van de woning kon iets properder (spinnenwebben, dode insecten tegen muren en plafonds en frigo was een beetje vuil). Ook jammer dat er geen diepvries aanwezig was. De huis was voldoende ruim. De tuin leek ook ons aangenaam om in de zomer te vertoeven.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Veel ruimte o.a. speel-/ ontspanningsruimte in de kelder en grote tuin. Voldoende bergruimte voor proviand in de keuken, voor onze spelletjes en de knutselspullen in de eetkamer, voor kleding in de slaapkamers, ... Ruime inkomhall waarin we onze wandelschoenen en jassen konden achterlaten. Gezellig huis maar dit huis heeft nog veel meer potentieel. Wat gerenoveerd werd, is OK maar de vloer in de hall en sommige oude deuren verdienen nog restauratie.
Mooi verblijf , enkel achterdeur van kelder ging niet op slot en diepvries dient proper gemaakt te worden.
Super we à Torgny malgré un temps particulièrement mauvais pour l’endroit. Le gîte a permis de vivre une belle réunion familiale, avec de jolis espaces, une cuisine conviviale où il fait bon se retrouver, des pièces bien agencées pour permettre de l’intimité, des chambres confortables et des couchages en suffisance … bref, le cadre parfait pour les grands groupes tout en conservant un caractère familial!L’accueil sympathique et efficace du propriétaire est à souligner. On recommande chaudement !

Vriendelijk onthaal, steeds bereikbaar. Wi-Fi valt 's avonds veelal uit, waardoor je geen tv kan kijken. Niet echt goed gepoetst.

Ce fut un week-end merveilleux. Votre logement est au top. Il n’y a franchement rien à dire. Ce n’était que bonheur. Du début à la fin. Tout est vraiment de qualité dans cette maison. Une seule envie y revenir.
Mooi, gezellig en proper huis. Heel mooie slaapkamers. Beetje spijtig, voor de gezelligheid, dat woonkamer en keuken gescheiden zijn.

Prettig huis voor grote groepen met een fijn welkom van vriendelijke mensen in een prachtige streek om een steenworp afstand van het meest zuidelijke puntje van België. We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad.
Vielle demeure avec jardin terrasse, bien équipée (vaisselle et matériel en suffisance), bien entretenue, avec beaucoup d'espace - notre expérience s'est déroulée durant des jours de beau temps, nous avons donc pu manger à l'extérieur, au calme, devant un large paysage campagnard, avec couchers de soleil en prime :-) - accueil chaleureux et en confiance ... Merci, nous repartons tous avec de chouettes souvenirs plein la tête.
Très bon accueil de la part de Daniel, disponible et à l'écoute. Très beau village, maison très spacieuse et confortable. Très bel espace jardin. Frigo dans la cuisine et dans la "cave", un grand plus étant donné que la terrasse et le jardin sont à ce niveau là. Merci!
