Welcome to this beautiful holiday home located in Trois-Ponts, in the heart of the Ardennes. Ideal for accommodating up to 10 people, this renovated old barn offers magnificent comfort for a family or friends stay. With its 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms, this house is perfect for 5 couples or families with children.

The house is located in the charming village of Wanne, on the heights between Trois-Ponts and Stavelot, a magnificent region. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the valley, with no houses in sight, only fields, cows, and forests. Just 1 km away are the Val de Wanne ski slopes, offering activities and entertainment in all seasons, such as cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, sledding, a playground, a maze, the dévalkart, and country golf. A visit is a must: you won't get bored!

Cycling enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the famous Côtes de Wanne and Stockeu are just a stone's throw from the cottage, offering the opportunity to climb the most beautiful mythical slopes of the region. The cottage is equipped with a secure bike shelter and a bike cleaning kit, perfect for cycling enthusiasts.

Inside, the house has been carefully and thoughtfully furnished. The basement houses a bar, a foosball table, and a large screen for entertainment moments. Everything is also designed for convivial moments: the spacious fully equipped kitchen for good meals, the beautiful large oval table perfect for lively discussions or an activity, or the terrace which we will talk about later. Volledig vernieuwde gite met prachtig uitzicht; zéér vriendelijke eigenaars, gelegen in heel rustig dorpje met mooie wandelroutes, een goede uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de omgeving, om nadien in een oase van rust terug keren en te genieten van de natuur rondom en het comfort van deze woning. Zeker een aanrader.
