Upon entering, you are welcomed into a large living room. The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals. At the beautiful oval dining table, you can enjoy cozy dinners together. For the little ones, there is a special play corner and a reading corner, while the older children and adults can entertain themselves in the game room with table football, billiards, and darts. In the basement, you will find a cozy bar and a big screen for movie nights.

Outside, a private garden with play equipment and a terrace with a breathtaking view over the valley awaits you. Here you can relax on the deck chairs or prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue. For the playful ones, there is a petanque field and a table football game. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings.

No other houses in sight, only fields, cows, and forests. Moreover, it is only 1 km from the Val de Wanne ski slopes, where you can enjoy activities such as cross-country skiingalpine skiingtobogganing, a playground, a mazedevalkart and farm golf all year round. For cycling enthusiasts, the famous Hellingen van Wanne and Stockeu are nearby, ideal for those who want to tackle the most beautiful mythical climbs in the region.
