Dog-friendly holiday home (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) with a beautiful interior and unique views of the valley in Trois-Ponts. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi!

Want to spend some quality time with family and/or friends? This holiday home is the perfect place to do just that! The cosy, contemporary living room, themodern kitchen with a rustic vibe and the attractive dining room flow effortlessly into one another. The result is an exceptionally comfortable living space where you can enjoy good food and goof company while experimenting in the kitchen with delicious regional products or simply relaxing by the fireplace. Our favourite? The terrace with breath-taking views of the valley and the wonderful swimming pool with cosy sitting area. There’s also a barbecue, perfect for enjoying an evening meal together outdoors any time of year. We’re also fans of the wellness facilities – an indoor infrared sauna and outdoor jacuzzi!

The home is located in the village of Trois-Ponts, slightly upstream from the famous Coo waterfall and close toMalmedy. Here you will find one of our favourite natural attractions: the Bayehon waterfall. To reach the nine metre-high waterfall, which is located in a protected nature reserve, you can follow our mountain bike route in Eupen-Malmedy. We also recommend taking your four-legged friend on a nice walk in thebeautiful Hoëgne Valley. Want to treat your travel companions to a unique experience? The culinary ‘La Fromenade’walk in the Stoumont region is sure to please! The concept? You are given a backpack full of goodies to prepare a delicious cheese or chocolate fondue to enjoy during your walk. We’re willing to bet that you enjoy the delicious fondue as much as the views!

Wij verbleven met 8 personen. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de hele behulpzame verhuurster. Het is een vrij nieuw huis met hele mooie afwerking. Keuken is alles ruim aanwezig, borden, glazen en bestek. Er zijn spelletjes en Jbl box aanwezig. Intotaal 3 toiletten en 3 douches. Jacuzzi staat op het balkon en zoals eerdere berichten wel in de wind maar er staan nu schermen omheen. WiFi zou iets beter kunnen maar met 8 personen redelijk te doen. Veel te doen in de omgeving.

Mooi huis, nieuw, alles erop en eraan, wordt bijgehouden, ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, leuk zwembad, goede jacuzzi, ruim woongedeelte, mooi uitzicht, parkeergelegenheid voor in ieder geval 3 auto's, mogelijk 4.

Ontvangst was minimaal en men was niet volledig vertrouwd met de woning/zwembad. Beloofde uitleg hebben we niet gekregen. Toch wel kunnen genieten van het zwembad, dankzij het schitterend weer. Kookgerief was niet optimaal. En weinig of geen voorzieningen (eetgerief, ...) voor kleine kinderen/baby's.

Supergezellige, ruime woning in rustig dorpje. We hebben dagelijks gezwommen, uitgerust in de jacuzzi, want we hebben de aanwezige luxe zeer geapprecieerd. De rust en de landschappen zijn om te koesteren en mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Het heeft ons superdeugd gedaan !

Fantastisch mooi ingerichte woning met verwarmd zwembad en zeer nette jacuzzi. We hadden een familieweekendje en de kinderen hebben zich super geamuseerd in het zwembad en jacuzzi. Mooi buitenterras, altijd buiten gegeten, alles aanwezig in de keuken, mooie streek. Was een topweekend voor ons jaarlijks familie event! Bedankt aan de eigenaars voor de cava.

3-gevel nieuwbouwwoning smaalvol ingericht maar helaas geen privacy in tuin en zwembad door directe inkijk van de 2 aanpalende woningen. Jacuzzi staat in volle tocht en het zicht van de straat. Metalen buitentrap niet geschikt voor kleine honden. Onze hond heeft er zijn poot aan gekwetst. Eigenaar kwam op voorlaatste vakantiedag zwembad en jacuzzi kuisen gedurende halve dag. Wij ondervonden dit als inbreuk op onze privacy. Gaan deze woning nooit meer huren ondanks het een heel mooie woning is.

Fijne week gehad, het huis is prachtig. Met 2 kleine gezinnen even puzzelen met de kamerindeling (3 boven, 1 beneden). Het huis is fraai afgewerkt en van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals uitstekend vastgelegd. De communicatie verliep prettig en op vragen werd vlot gereageerd. We komen graag nog eens terug!
