At the edge of a small village in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, this pretty and very spacious farmhouse is well equipped and features a games room.
Featuring eleven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, this charming holiday home in Vaux-Sur-Sûre is ideal for large family groups of up to 22 people. The accommodation is divided into three parts that are connected by an inner door, so that each small family can enjoy its privacy. You can also eat all together around the same table in the largest of the three cottages.
Each living room has a fireplace: nothing more peaceful than reading a good novel by the fire at the end of the day! You will also be charmed by the vaults and stonewalls in the house.
The games room will delight the whole family with its Ping-Pong table and table football, to please both young and old. The large garden is fenced and has a trampoline.
The accommodation is located in a farm. The owners will be delighted to show the farm facilities to your children, where they can feed the animals and take care of the newborn calves.
This charming holiday home is located in the village of Villeroux, near Bastogne and Vaux-Sur-Sûre, in the Belgian Ardennes.
In Bastogne, we recommend a visit to the Bastogne War Museum and the Mardasson Memorial.
For adventurers, we recommend taking part on an adventure course, or go mountain biking, climbing, or kayaking at Moulin Bock or at Brandsport Adventure.
In the meantime, your children will love a visit to Houtopia or the Bisons Farm.
In case of snow, you can enjoy some winter fun at the cross-country ski trails of Saint-Hubert.

Prima, fantastische speelschuur en prachtige paarden. Uitstekende plek voor verschillende gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Op 15 min rijden van heel mooie wandelingen aan de oever van de Ourthe.
Trčs bon endroit pour séjour en famille avec enfants ou un groupe d'amis ; la salle de jeux aménagée est un plus.
Vakantiehuis was rustig gelegen en proper. De speelhal was een pluspunt Vriendelijke ontvangst

in de hal was er heel veel te doen dat was geweldig leuk we hadden de pech dat het zondag slecht weer was maar hebben ons zeker geamuseerd het huis zelf was heel ruim wel een heel fijn weekend gehad
Mooie speelhal die heel muf ruikt en koud is. Huisjes zijn in orde, gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig. Netheid kan beter, vele spinnen te vinden.
Prima huisje. Veel ruimte en speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. Interieur is wat gedateerd.
We verbleven er met een groep van enkele gezinnen met kinderen. Het was een fantastische ruimte voor kinderen. Zij hebben zich geen moment verveeld. Ook het huisje bood alles wat we nodig hadden. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden aan familie of vrienden.
Een geweldig huis waar de kinderen en de ouders meer dan genoeg mogelijkheden hebben om zich te amuseren. We hadden veel speelplezier (pingpong, biljart, trampoline) in de verwarmde hal. De kinderen waren helemaal gek op de gocarts en fietsjes die ze van de helling konden laten rijden. Aan dieren ook geen gebrek: paarden, honden. De hond houdt van voetballer met kinderen, handig. In het huis was ook alles voorzien wat we nodig hadden. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf!
Trčs beau gite, adapté pour les grands groupes. Une salle de délassement immense (dommage qu'il faille payer en plus pour le chauffage...). La grande salle est trčs appropriée, aucun souci pour cuisiner et s'amuser.. Nous n'avons pas utilisé l'application pour les balades car au départ du gite il est trčs facile de trouver des balades .
Top locatie met kinderen
Trčs bon séjour. Excellent accueil par les propriétaires et excellente réactivité en cas de besoin. Seul bémol : la salle ą manger résonne quand on est nombreux... Autrement, maisons bien isolées les unes des autres. Tout était impeccable. Le grand hall avec les jeux est trčs attractif pour les enfants et les adultes...
Bijzonder leuk Lang weekend met 8 ouders, 12 kinderen en partners en 1 achterkleinkind (baby)
Geweldig huis voor een grote groep. Wij waren er met kind- en kleinkinderen. (16 in totaal). Voldoende kamers en badkamers, alles echt goed schoon! En fijn dat de gezinnetjes zich ook naar behoefte even konden terugtrekken. Voor de kinderen overvloed aan speelmogelijkheden bij goed en bij slecht weer. Ook de volwassenen vermaakten zich prima met tafeltennis. Leuke omgeving, maar eigenlijk geen tijd gehad om veel van huis te gaan.
Nous avons apprécié cette maison, bien conēue et correspondant ą nos besoins. Super avec des petits enfants. L'accueil est trčs chaleureux.
Dit vakantiehuis is ideaal om met verschillende gezinnen op vakantie te gaan. En ook fijn dat je met de hele groep samen kunt eten in deel 1.
Zeer mooi en goed onderhouden huis. De speelhal met speeltuigen voor groot en klein komt heel goed van pas als het eens minder weer is. De kinderen mochten er ook de pony's kammen en erop zitten.

Super leuk vakantie huisje! Fijne bedden en grote slaapkamers. Alles was zeer netjes en vooral schoon! De kinderen amuseren zich prima in de grote speelhal en bij de paardjes! Hele leuke dagen gehad. Niets om op aan te merken.
Trčs bon séjour, idéal avec des enfants. Le hangar est un trčs gros plus, mźme pour les adultes.
