Beau petit chalet avec une vue magnifique
Chalet très bien situé en surplomb du village, belle vue. Cuisine : il y manque vaisselle suffisante pour remplir le lave-vaisselle, une râpe carrée, un épluche-légume moderne type castor, un grille-pain. Chambres petites sans place pour lampes de chevet . Chauffage très efficace par contre.
Hele mooie ligging, perfect voor boswandelingen met vertrek vanuit het huisje. Een echte aanrader.
Leuk huis, heel mooi uitzicht, gemakkelijk te wandelen naar dorpje beneden met kleine speeltuin, bakker en restaurant. Wandelingen te beginnen van bij huis
Prachtig en sfeervol huis met weids uitzicht. Heerlijk lang passweekeind gehad. Wandelen kan direct vanuit het huis, ook leuke outdoor uitstapjes gemaakt richting Dinant en Roche-en-Ardenne. Aanrader!

Pure schoonheid en rust.
Zeer mooi en rustig gelegen op de flank van de vallei van Vencimont, met prachtig uitzicht op het dorp beneden, en op de omringende bossen . Een zeer aangenaam gevoel van ruimte in een mooie natuur-omgeving. Het ruime, overdekt terras is ongetwijfeld een pluspunt : ook bij regenweer kan je buiten zitten en eten.
Een paar manquements : - Oprit nogal steil, en gevaarlijk om uit te rijden. - Garage niet toegankelijk door defect slot. - Slot van een slaapkamer defect. - Keukenkraan lastig te bedienen. - Krakend plancher.
