On the hills of Grand-Halleux in the Ardennes, there is a charming town near the river and woods. Here you can stay in this lovely 3 star cottage and enjoy the best of the province of Luxembourg.
While this holiday house is completely renovated, the owners wanted to keep its old spirit by using natural materials, such as clay, to dress the walls.
This self-catering accommodation features a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room that can fit 8 people, and a living room with a wood-burning stove. On the two floors upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. On the second floor, there is a mezzanine with an additional seating area, which will come in handy when someone wants to relax in their own space.
Outside, there is a big private terrace that stretches all along the side of the house. From there, there are a few steps to access the common garden where you will find the children's play area.
In the same village, there are two restaurants that open only during weekends. However, the holiday cottage is just a few kilometres away from Devalkart; where you can race down the ski slopes on a go-kart. If you are travelling with younger children, stop by Puzzle Planet; where there are plenty of activities to delight the little ones.

The bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. Three of them are located on the first floor near the water rooms and the fourth one is located on the second floor.
The owner's small apartment is attached to the house; however, the terrace is completely private.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Pets not allowed
Speciaal gekozen voor het elektrisch oplaadpunt voor mijn EV wagen dat was een flinke tekortkoming slecht aangeven dat het een 220 volt aansluiting was. Het huis is te klein voor 8 personen. Vuil sorteren was gedoe. Tv werkte niet goed en geen nederlandsche zenders.
Mooi vakantiehuis maar te klein voor 8 personen. Wij waren met 5 personen en dat was goed te doen.
Goed onderhouden
Zeer leuk huis, met prachtige tuin en uitzicht, in een groene omgeving. Het is hier stil! Heel hard genoten van een gezellig weekend uit de stad.
We hebben met veel plezier met twee jonge kinderen hier twee weken doorgebracht. De tuin is erg groot en het huisje ligt aan het eind van een doodlopende weg. Als je de deur uit gaat ben je vrijwel direct bij wandelroutes en op 4 min lopen is er een leuk restaurantje.

Leuk vakantiehuis gelegen in een rustige mooie buurt, ideaal om de regio te verkennen te voet of per fiets. Het huis is wat aan de kleine kant en geschikt voor maximum 6 personen, 8 personen is echt te veel en er niet op voorzien voor dit huis. Kamers 2 grote en 2 kleine waren netjes. 2 heel kleine badkamers. Je kon het huis voldoende verwarmen. Keuken was okey.
Een heel mooi vakantiehuis dat ideaal geschikt is voor gezinnen en mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust. Het huis werd heel mooi gerenoveerd, niet alleen technisch, maar vooral ook op vlak van sfeer en decoratie. Een absolute aanrader!
Sehr schönes Haus, nur etwas klein für 8 Personen.
Niet zo best, eigenaren hebben vakantie woning naast het verblijf en das best vervelend. Ze lopen door de tuin, in de inpandig garage en er zit een doorgang binnen van de ene naar de andere kant. Wat ik ook vervelend vond. Het was bij aankomst niet schoon, 1 persoonsvaatwasser in een 8 persoonshuisje. En slechte bedden.. er waren nogal wat dingen versleten en kapot. Waaronder een traphekje voor de kinderen, beetje onveilig.
Mooi ruim huis met prachtige tuin en vriendelijke eigenaars. Enkele wandelingen in de buurt en toffe activiteiten binnen 30 min rij afstand.
Heerlijk huis, alles aanwezig, mooi stijl en alles wat er is is van goede kwaliteit. Wij waren er met een fietsgroep en daarvoor is het ook uitstekend geschikt!
Heerlijk weekend met vrienden en kinderen gehad in dit mooie huis. 7 jaar geleden ook geweest, en nu weer gekozen vanwege de grote tuin. Met 30 graden hebben we ons heel goed vermaakt! Enige minpuntje (als.ik dan iets moet noemen) was dat er veel vliegen zaten, maar geen raam of deurhorren. Daarvoor met de hitte weinig open kunnen zetten, omdat het hele huis snel vol vliegen zat. Verder BBQ aanwezig, alles schoon en netjes. Tophuis!

Maison très agréable. Chouette localisation, à proximité de sentiers de randonnée. La remise est très pratique pour ranger sans peine les vélos et poussettes.
Een heel fijn huis, heerlijk stil met een fantastisch uitgeruste keuken en fijne tuin. Voor acht volwassen personen lijkt de woonkamer wat krap, maar met ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen eind middelbare school was het lekker ruim. Hele fijne douche en bad, veel mooie wandelingen in de directe omgeving, echt een heerlijk rustig plekje!
Zeer mooi en gezellig huis in een prachtige, stille omgeving. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Het huis is mooi en goed in orde. De zitkamer is wat aan de kleine kant.
