Three-star accommodation for groups of up to 14 guests near Vielsalm, in the province of Luxemburg. This holiday home has a very attractive and warm interior that will immediately make you feel at home! The separate living room, with comfortable sofas and cable TV, is the perfect place to spend your evenings. The long wooden table in the dining room seats 14 guests for a tasty meal or an entertaining family board game session! The pleasant rustic kitchen is equipped with a lovely five-burner cooker, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Basic appliances, such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, are also provided.
There are two bathrooms on two floors with beautiful bathtubs and washbasins. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. The six bedrooms in the property all have a contemporary feel. You’ll sleep peacefully at night during your stay! The spacious partially enclosed private garden has a beautiful patio with a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings late into the night. Lastly, the car park has space for up to five cars.
This holiday home is in a wonderfully peaceful location in the countryside. It is approximately 8 km from the town of Vielsalm, where there are shops, restaurants, and a tourist office. Vielsalm is the perfect holiday destination for nature enthusiasts, keen hikers, and mountain bikers. With several museums, a swimming pool, three tennis courts, and a nearby lake, there is something to appeal to every member of the family.
The most adventurous members of the group will also find what they’re looking for. At the Newlife Outdoor Activity Center, for example, exciting outdoor activities such as GPS hikes, rock climbing, and archery are on offer. Avenature in Vielsalm offers you the options of a night walk, mountain biking, and a treasure hunt. Chouette maison. Agencement assez improbable. 2 salles de bain et 2 WC (dans le couloir et mal insonorisés) pour 14.. c'est peu.
Maison de vacances atypique qui mériterait un rafraichissement(escalier cassé, toilettes et peintures abimées). Certaines chambres ont des accès compliqués et sont assez petites (la description n'est pas assez claire à ce sujet). L'atout est la localisation dans un village ardennais et son jardin reposant( Cependant, la voisine de gauche ne semble pas apprécier les locataires. Un panneau agressif prévient dès l'arrivée qu'on aurait un problème avec la police si du bruit se faisait entendre.
Maison rustique et conviviale avec bel espace extérieur.
Wij vonden dit een fijn vakantiehuisje in een prachtige omgeving. Wel opletten met de kosten elektriciteit, verwarming en water die in de 'waarborg' zitten en pas achteraf verrekend worden (eigenlijk is dit dus een voorschot, geen waarborg - zie prijsdetail). Website van Ardennes étape zou dit beter moeten tonen. Ingrepen om nog beter te doen: deuren beneden tochtdicht maken, scharnieren kamerdeuren smeren, grotere vuilnisbakken voor goed sorteren,... We gaven ook door dat we een muis zagen.
We hebben met onze familie een super verblijf gehad in het verblijf! Het was een goede en mooie locatie voor het familie weekend 2024!
Leuk, gezellig huisje dat je even in de tijd terug brengt en toch voorzien is van alle hedendaags comfort.
Très chouette séjour dans maison charmante. Accès parfois compliqué entre les pièces, il est bon de le savoir car impossible avec personnes agées/PMR. "Vieille maison" pleine de charme mais avec une très mauvaise insonorisation entres les étages.
Mooi rustiek vakantiehuis aan een heel rustige weg. Kleine taalbarriére bij aankomst/vertrek echter was dit met een vertaal-app zo opgelost. De woning is zeer compleet en was brandschoon bij aankomst. Perfect voor familie's of vriendengroepen die een weekendje Ardennen gepland hebben! Doorgangen zijn echter wel laag en sommige trapjes vrij steil dus houd hier rekening mee. Wij hebben het erg fijn gehad met 14 vrienden!
Mooi huisje. Enige nadeel: zeer lage deuren en kamers die aan elkaar liggen, zodat je door de ene kamer moet om naar het salon te gaan bijvoorbeeld.
Maison rustique tres bien située. Quelques aspects trop vétustes, d'autres ont été bien mis à jour. Accès compliqué pour petits enfants ou personnes âgées
Aan te raden uiterst typisch Ardeens verblijf vanuit de 18de eeuw. De 'quirky' indeling moet je erbij nemen maar zorgt net voor die extra charme. Rustig in de natuur gelegen. Aan de overkant een restaurantje genaamd Le Cabanon (https://lecabanonrestaurant.eatbu.com) enkel open op vrijdag avond en in het weekend. Volzet, dus goed indicatie van de kwaliteit en dus tijdig te reserveren.
Kleine gezellige woning. Leuke tuin om buiten te zitten bij mooi weer. Toplocatie wanneer je graag wandelingen maakt.
Gezellige woning, voor kinderen leuk met de verschillende trappenhuizen die naar verschillende kamers leiden. Keuken modern geoutilleerd met inductie. Badkamer modern met spiegelverwarming en verlichting. Speelruimte buiten. Mooie omgeving. Stadje ligt niet op loopafstand.
Prima huis op leuke locatie. Indeling van het huis is krap zeker als alle 14 bedden benut worden. Veel mogelijkheden om je hoofd te stoten en je moet in harmonie kunnen samenzijn.

Een mooi oud huis met een geschiedenis, gelegen in een klein dorpje. Wie het graag fris geeft, ga er zeker geen. Een vriendelijk en discreet onthaal
Goed verzorgt huisje waar alles bij aanwezig was. De taalbarrariere was even lastig maar vormde geen probleem. Een gezellig huisje met veel ruimte en kamers. De badkamers wel erg laag en vertoonde boven Schimmel plekken. Verder was het huisje fantastisch!
