This one-of-a-kind house is located in the centre of a peaceful village in the province of Luxemburg. Behind the façade of locally sourced stone, this little house reveals a lovely and very bright living space that’s cosiness itself.
The entrance is from the street on the basement level, and there is a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a wellness space with a sauna on this floor.
When you go upstairs, you are in the living room, which is definitely a highlight of this house because it is spacious, bright, very pleasingly laid out, and the view over the patio will complete the effect of being in a cosy cocoon. The sofa opens up into a bed, but have no fear because there are electric blinds on the windows.
Continue the tour into the well-equipped kitchen, then the bathroom, and finally the second bedroom. So, this holiday home has a total of two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The patio will make you feel calm and as if you’re cut off from everything. So it’s the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor areas in good weather.
Vielsalm is a few kilometres from the house. If you are looking for sporting activities, Avenature is the perfect partner and has numerous options on offer. If you fancy it and the weather cooperates, the Val de Wanne ski slope is fairly close-by.
Whether it’s for two, four, or six guests, this charming house is the perfect place for your stay.
You’ll enjoy the original layout of this house: the entrance is on the basement level and the living spaces are on the ground floor.

Rustig gelegen; zeer schoon en super onderhouden! Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ook voor de hond een geweldige plek! Veel lichtinval in de woonkamer! Super ingedeeld tot in detail!

Calme et sérénité dont les maîtres mots pour cette location 5 étoiles ! Un seul bémol : le parking ! Mais quelle magnifique pièce de vie! A recommander!

Leuk huisje voor een weekendje weg. Slaapkamer beneden was erg vochtig en klam. Verder was het huisje knus en gezellig

We verbleven hier van 19 tot 26 augustus , al bij al voor herhaling vatbaar. De aanwezige sauna laat koude lucht binnenkomen door deur die scheef hangt en dus niet goed sluit. Op de slaapkamer op het niveau van de keuken zou het handig zijn als er verduistering is tot op de grond aan de deur, deze stopt nu ongeveer 50-60cm van de grond met als gevolg dat het vrij vroeg licht is. Leefruimte top, keuken voorzien van al het nodige materiaal. De leefruimte wordt vrij warm door volledige glazen wand.
alles was ideaal, jammer enkel kleine parkeerplaats voor de deur, en auto stond niet volledig van de baan, nochthans voldoende parkeerplaats aan de andere kant van de straat, maar daar mochten we de wagen blijkbaar niet plaatsen, enkel in orde voor gezin met 4, want er is maar 1 badkamer, maar alles was proper en verzorgd
Wij misten toch enige ligzetel buiten of zelfs binnen. De tuin is niet afgesloten voor de honden.

Pas satisfaite de mon séjour, le sauna ne chaufffe pas et de plus de sol est casse. La moindre des choses si l’ont doit faire des travaux est de ne pas mettre de locataire. De plus le jardin n’est pas clôturé et est indiqué OK pour les chiens et le chien du voisin est visiblement dangereux et a déjà mordu je trouve donc ça incorrect de dire que les chiens peuvent venir. Lumière dans la chambre pas possible de dormir si l’on veut se reposer
Merci pour votre commentaire que nous avons transmis au propriétaire. Le sauna est bien fonctionnel, et le sol a entre-temps été réparé. Le jardin n'est effectivement pas clôturé, les chiens sont toutefois les bienvenus pour ceux qui le désirent.

Heerlijk modern en luxe vakantiehuis. Locatie perfect voor het maken van wandelingen of fietstochten. De sauna is ruim voor drie personen om te liggen.

1 puntje van kritiek: het licht in de woonkamer/ salon is ontoereikend voor lezers . Maar belangrijker: snelle interventie bij een probleempje met de verwarming / warm water: geen 10 min na de melding stond iemand aan de deur die het euvel meteen kom oplossen ?
Zeer tof huisje, alles voorzien, mooie sauna, leuke tuin, zeer netjes onderhouden, goede ligging van het huisje en zeer aangename ontvangst.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus, Wohnzimmer top auch durch die große Fensterfront, Abstriche: Parkplatz sehr klein, Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne, keine sep. Dusche im Saunabereich, unteres Schlafzimmer (Kinderschlafzimmer) zu Beginn feucht, nach ausgiebiger Heizung wurde dies besser.

Zonder twijfel voor herhaling vatbaar.
De ligging om te wandelen is ideaal. Rechtover het gebouw is een autoverkoper en midden in de nacht komen ze daar auto’s afzetten!! Ook de tuin is niet afgesloten voor honden en dat vonden we juist zo jammer , honden zomaar op straat .En beneden verdieping veel vocht . Soms was de geur enorm.
Een heel fijn, overzichtelijk huis, helemaal in orde!

Heel leuk huisje op foto lijkt het wel. Veel groter enige minpunt is echt vocht en schimmel zeker in de slaapkamer vind ik dit niet oke.
