Located in a quiet, dead-end road, this holiday rental is ready to welcome you for a holiday with family or friends. Split over three levels, the cottage has a warm decoration that will make you feel at home. On the first level, you will find a play area for both young and old, and a living space that includes a living room equipped with a pellet stove for cooler evenings, a large dining room to host large meals, and a kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom. And you can also enjoy relaxing in the wellness area, equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi. On the second and third levels, there is a TV lounge, five additional bedrooms, and two spacious and functional bathrooms. Outside you will find a beautiful semi-fenced 700 m² private garden where your children can play in the swing and slide; as well as a spacious 16 m² terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relaxing moments. There is also a parking area for four cars.
