Outdoor pool, two saunas, large spaces, a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, a games area, two lounges, a large kitchen and a beautiful garden... you are in the right place.

The first part of this holiday accommodation for 13 - 15 people is a house dating from 1680, which was completely renovated in the 1980s. Featuring a very modern architectural design for that time, it is still pleasing today.

The front façade of the house has kept this its farm charm but once you enter, you will be amazed by the interior and its modern architectural design. The entrance hall gives access to the various rooms on the ground floor: a reading corner full of books and a TV, a large and spacious well-equipped kitchen, a dining area space with a wood-burning stove and a small sitting area where you can relax in, and a play area for your little ones.

Two stairwells, one dating back from the year of the house’s construction and the other dating from the house's renovation, will lead you upstairs where you can find four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second sitting area with a desk. All rooms are equipped with good bedding and are arranged according to the style of the house.

One floor above, there is another spacious bedroom with a shower and a private washbasin.

In total, this first part has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The second part is a small stone house nearby, located 100 meters away and accessible from the garden. Behind its typical facade of this region, hides a beautiful bright living area with a certain degree of privacy.

The entrance from the street is at level -1. On this floor, there is a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a wellness area with a spacious sauna.

Upstairs, you will find the living room, which is certainly one of the best assets of this house; because it is spacious, bright, very well decorated, and the stunning view on the terrace. The sofa turns into a sofa bed and, do not worry, there are electric blinds on the windows.

The tour continues on to the well-equipped kitchen, then to the bathroom and finally ends with the second bedroom. In total then, this cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The terrace invites you to relax and allows you to feel alone in the world. When there is good weather this is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors.

Another great asset of this beautiful rental are the outdoor amenities. Indeed, the large green area, which is entirely private, has multiple corners waiting to be discovered. First of all, there is a beautiful terrace to spend pleasant moments in; then, there is a splendid seasonal outdoor swimming pool. There is also an outdoor sauna available all year round, and a well hidden hut at the end of the garden, which is not visible from the house.

Both accommodations have a total of seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, an outdoor sauna, an indoor sauna and an outdoor pool.

Vielsalm is a few kilometres away from the house. If you are looking for sport activities, Avenature is the ideal partner and offers many possibilities. If you wish and the weather allows it, the ski slope of Val de Wanne is quite close as well.

Ruim en zeer goed uitgerust huis met zeer grote tuin. Het weer zat niet mee voor het zwembad. Sauna ok. Fantastische speelkamers voor de kinderen. Rustige ligging, niet ver van winkels enz.... Zeer geschikt als uitvalbasis voor wandelingen fietstochten, mountenbike,.... Aanrader ! Extra woning op nr 73 iets minder goed: vooral vocht problemen.
