Book this chalet for six to eight people in Viroinval and spend a pleasant holiday with your family in the province of Namur. Entirely made out of wood, this 4-star cottage exudes a cosy and warm atmosphere.
Built in a wooded area, this holiday rental offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay. It overlooks the forest, a green landscape worthy of a postcard. With an area of 110 square meters, the cottage has two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living area. The living room features a modern and warm decoration and opens onto an elegant dining room and a large kitchen. A bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also located on this level, and it is adjacent to the relaxation area, which includes a sauna and a multi-jet shower. The staircase that leads to the upper level is near the kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a games room in the mezzanine with consoles and several games for children. There are also two other bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Regarding the outdoor area, your cottage has a 45 square meters terrace and a small garden with a petanque terrain.
Recognized for its exceptional architecture, the city of Viroinval is just 13 kilometres away. You can also visit Chimay and Dinant, a couple of main sites in the Belgian Ardennes. If you go to Treignes (21 km away), visit Espace Arthur Masson. This museum tells the story of life in the Ardennes between 1930 and 1960 through 11 scenes. During your stay, you should also experience riding the Steam Railway of the Three Valleys. Located just 23 kilometres away from the cottage, it is one of the most beautiful railways in Europe.

All bedrooms in this chalet have an ensuite bathroom. In winter, remember to bring chains for your tires!

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Magnifique situation , chalet très agréable pour un séjour en famille situé dans un domaine . Entre la route et le chalet : 600 m de chemins très endommagés et pentus ( ouf il n'y avait pas de neige lors de notre we!!) .
Prachtige omgeving en een chalet van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader!
Fijn huis, prachtige ligging (winterbanden & sneeuwkettingen zeker een must) en vele (verborgen) wandelingen in de directe omgeving. Huis was schoon maar vertoonde (uiteraard) gebruikerssporen. De stofzuigers (normaal en voor de kachel) deden het beiden niet. Maar de eigenaar heeft dit direct opgelost. Tevens een laadpunt voor de auto. Een 10 voor de service! Heerlijk rustige jaarwisseling voor de honden. Een aanrader!
Super mooie locatie en gezellig huisje. Schoonmaak achter beetje ondermaats. Kruimels in besteklades, onze hond kwam met pluizen en haren van achter de bank enzovoorts.

Een oase van rust, mooie chalet, maar de weg er naar toe wat moeilijk.
Het was een fijn verblijf, alles was netjes , en we zijn vriendelijk ontvangen .Heel mooi vakantiehuis . Een goed ingerichte keuken waar alles aanwezig is met mooi gerief !We hadden prachtig weer op een zeer mooie lokatie , wie weet komen we nog eens terug !

Het huis mag weleens een keer een grote schoonmaakbeurt krijgen,en wat reparaties her en der.
environnement du gite excellent et gite bien aménagé pour un confort maximal. accès un peu difficile mais cela en vaut la peine.

Mooi vakantiehuis, mooi lokatie, toch hier en daar verfrissende aktie
A three-bedroom chalet, perched on the edge of a beautiful valley just on the border between Belgium and France. Perfectly located for tourism to the (beautiful!) Ardennes and the Pointe de Givet. The house is delightfully laid out for as many as six people; we were four with a dog and it was perfect. Nice, expansive kitchen, and the outdoor arrangements looked great (though the rain kept us from using them this trip).

Belle vue, endroit bien équipé et très reposant, qui doit encore être plus agréable en saison estivale. Par contre, l'accès doit être assez rock and roll en plein hiver ....
Prachtig locatie. Wat een zicht. Fantastisch huis met alle comfort. Enigste minpunt: miste een oven. Er is wel een combioven aanwezig, maar voor grote hoeveelheid, wat onhandig. Super sauna.

In het afwasmachine ontbrak een rek voor borden zodanig dat ik veel heb moeten afwassen. Ook een tekort aan vorken.

Een heel fijn huisje in het midden van prachtige bossen. Zou het adviseren voor maximaal 6 personen, anders misschien wat krap. En je hebt best geluk met het weer, want binnenactiviteiten zijn er minder in de buurt (maar dat wisten we op voorhand, de regio is prachtig :) ).

Gezellig, gerieflijk huis in een zeer rustige omgeving, wel moeilijk bereikbaar in de bossen en vrij donker, in huis was alles aanwezig, CD-speler ontbrak wel en TV werkte niet optimaal, ook de pelletkachel kregen we moeilijk aan de praat, het kookblok in de keuken was plakkerig, tuin en tuinattributen niet goed onderhouden. Door het vele hout (een echte chalet) was het er lekker warm en aangenaam vertoeven.
een zeer mooi huis met machtig uitzicht, rustig gelegen , veel luxe en accommodatie . wel een lastig baantje om er te geraken, steile hellingen maar anders een zeer mooie streek met veel natuur
Heel mooi net huisje met alle comfort, zalig uitzicht vanop het grote terras. Maar de weg ernaartoe is avontuurlijk voor stadsmensen.
Een mooie woning met een fantastisch uitzicht. De rust en de stilte waren perfect. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die willen genieten van de rust en een mooie omgeving.
Foto's zijn gedateerd, huisje en tuin nie 't onderhouden, vuiler vlekken, spinnenwebben, losse planken op terras, overwoekerde struiken en onkruid, klimop. Douche boven schimmel, harde bedden, duidelijk al lang niet meer onderhouden. Heel jammer want is voor de rest een mooi huisje mits opknapbeurt, zeker in de tuin en rond het huisje

Chalet was erg mooi en gezellig alleen jammer dat je alles hoort van de andere kamers.. en heel veel motten. Je kan dus de ramen best niet open laten. Voor de rest prima ??

een landelijk gelegen woning van alle gemakken voorzien, maar moeilijk te vinden en best wel moeilijk bereikbaar qua landweggetjes........
Gîte très agréable dans un endroit superbe et calme. Tous les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque de rien (ustensiles de cuisine, électroménager,..). L'isolation sonore entre chambres n'est pas très bon mais ce n'est pas catastrophique. Une version française sur les interrupteurs et les clés serait également utile. C'est un gîte dans lequel on reviendrait sans problème.
Contact verliep heel vlot, zelfs aangezien dit via telefoon en sms ging. een heel leuke ervaring in een prachtig huis.
