Book this chalet for six to eight people in Viroinval and spend a pleasant holiday with your family in the province of Namur. Entirely made out of wood, this 4-star cottage exudes a cosy and warm atmosphere.
Built in a wooded area, this holiday rental offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay. It overlooks the forest, a green landscape worthy of a postcard. With an area of 110 square meters, the cottage has two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living area. The living room features a modern and warm decoration and opens onto an elegant dining room and a large kitchen. A bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also located on this level, and it is adjacent to the relaxation area, which includes a sauna and a multi-jet shower. The staircase that leads to the upper level is near the kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a games room in the mezzanine with consoles and several games for children. There are also two other bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Regarding the outdoor area, your cottage has a 45 square meters terrace and a small garden with a petanque terrain.
Recognized for its exceptional architecture, the city of Viroinval is just 13 kilometres away. You can also visit Chimay and Dinant, a couple of main sites in the Belgian Ardennes. If you go to Treignes (21 km away), visit Espace Arthur Masson. This museum tells the story of life in the Ardennes between 1930 and 1960 through 11 scenes. During your stay, you should also experience riding the Steam Railway of the Three Valleys. Located just 23 kilometres away from the cottage, it is one of the most beautiful railways in Europe.

All bedrooms in this chalet have an ensuite bathroom. In winter, remember to bring chains for your tires!

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Het was zeker een leuk huisje, algemeen zei onze groep dat het huisje eens goed gepoetst moest worden. Het baantje om tot het huisje te geraken is wel spannend. Er is geen omheining als je met een hond gaat en buiten het huisje een wandeling maken kan uitdagend zijn.
Het was waanzinnig leuk! De locatie met het uitzicht is fantastisch. Zou hier zo weer heen gaan!

Heel ruime chalet met prachtig uitzicht. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel vlot.
Prima vakantiehuis, wel heel moeilijk bereikbaar
Super verblijf, prachtige omgeving! De weg naar het verblijf soms beangstigend. De laatste 500 m een erg smalle weg, gaten in de verharde delen, sterke stijgingen en dalingen, haarspeldbocht en nauwelijks overzicht. Wij vonden dit niet prettig!

Super onthaal, uitstekende ligging voor wie van de rust en natuur houdt. Alle nodige comfort, eigenaar steeds beschikbaar en flexibel. Wij keren zeker en vast terug!
Prachtige locatie
Leuke woning voor onze jaarlijks gezinsuitje. Mooie ligging met leuke omgeving om te wandelen. Echter wel een misverstand met betrekking tot de laadpaal die op voorhand moest aangegeven worden of je die wil gebruiken. Verder een basic woning met alles wat je nodig hebt, en niets meer.
Wonderful location in the forest, other homes at reasonable distance. Quiet area. House is well maintained, communication with owners to the point, recommended!
Prima verblijf. Gaan we zeker terug. Spijtig van het gebrekkige onderhoud en de muizen.

Chalet midden in de bossen. Top als je op zoek bent naar rust en mooie wandelroutes. Wel opletten als je hier toekomt in het donker. Zijn geen al te beste wegen en het gaat stevig op en af zonder dat je al teveel ziet. Huisje zelf is ook meer dan ok. Alles is voorzien.
We had it with friends for a weekend getaway. All was simply great. Thanks.
Ons weekend was geslaagd en de ligging van de woning, helemaal in het groen met een prachtig zicht op het terras, was fantastisch. De woning in chalet stijl zelf was ook charmant, maar er is aan de keuken en badkamers veel “gebricoleerd” en niet allemaal even professioneel of kwalitatief uitgevoerd. De woning heeft potentieel, maar door de verouderde keukentoestellen en lekkende douches was het niet echt een probleemloos verblijf. Wel zeer behulpzame eigenaars die ons ook vroeger toegang gaven!
De ligging van het huis is fantastisch, wat een uitzicht. De slaapkamers waren ook prima. Wel heeft het huis een update nodig voor de keuken (sterk verouderd met wat defecten) en een nieuwe bank (kapot deel). Maar dit heeft onze vakantie niet minder mooi gemaakt in dit fantastische gebied met mooie wandeltochten. We hebben het met ons gezin bijzonder naar de zin gehad!

Topligging, wel niet al te simpel om de heuvel steeds op en af te rijden omdat er weinig zicht is op aankomend verkeer. Voor de rest een perfecte uitvalsbasis en ideaal om tot rust te komen. Alle luxe aanwezig en zeer ruim.

Magnifique situation , chalet très agréable pour un séjour en famille situé dans un domaine . Entre la route et le chalet : 600 m de chemins très endommagés et pentus ( ouf il n'y avait pas de neige lors de notre we!!) .
Prachtige omgeving en een chalet van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader!
Fijn huis, prachtige ligging (winterbanden & sneeuwkettingen zeker een must) en vele (verborgen) wandelingen in de directe omgeving. Huis was schoon maar vertoonde (uiteraard) gebruikerssporen. De stofzuigers (normaal en voor de kachel) deden het beiden niet. Maar de eigenaar heeft dit direct opgelost. Tevens een laadpunt voor de auto. Een 10 voor de service! Heerlijk rustige jaarwisseling voor de honden. Een aanrader!
Super mooie locatie en gezellig huisje. Schoonmaak achter beetje ondermaats. Kruimels in besteklades, onze hond kwam met pluizen en haren van achter de bank enzovoorts.
