This attractive holiday home full of wood and beautiful contrasts makes you immediately feel like cocooning yourself away. The lovely open kitchen is ideal for cooking, and is a great place to enjoy a chat. Settle into the inviting seating to talk about all the beautiful memories you will make here. And the kids? They will be happy with the room with bunk beds, as well as the separate play area with table football, a well-stocked library, and board games. Our personal favourite? The beautiful (covered) terrace with sauna and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing in all seasons and the perfect place for a festive barbecue.

The Sambre-en-Maas region, located between the provinces of Namur and Hainaut, offers original nature reserves such as the Meren van l’Eau d’Heure. Diving, sailing, jet skiing, etc. The lakes are the ideal place for those who enjoy an active holiday. But our personal favourite in the area? That’s the Fondry des Chiens nature reserve: a spectacular place (in Viroinval itself) reminiscent of Provence. For a nice walk with the kids – including picnic – we recommend the “Ry de Rome” walk in Couvin. A favourite of Ardennes-Etape parents. A visit to Chimay Experience is also a must: first discover how the delicious cheeses and beers of Chimay are made, then enjoy a delicious tasting session of Chimay on tap.
