Your children will love playing in a large semi enclosed garden and the games room with table football. Adults will enjoy the wellness area, equipped with an infrared cabin, to recover after a day of hiking, for example. You can gather the whole family outside on the two terraces (including one that is covered) with their garden furniture and enjoy the plancha grill that awaits you for beautiful summer evenings. A petanque terrain is also available. In winter, you can use the raclette set and stone grill in the fully equipped kitchen. You will always find an opportunity to share a good time inside since the space is beautifully decorated, particularly friendly and pleasant. Also, designed to be practical and functional, the house has four comfortable bedrooms and four modern bathrooms.
Waimes, located on the plateau of the High Fens is a region that is very popular with hiking and outdoor activities lovers. The area is full of hiking trails, mountain bike routes and is home to the Signal of Botrange, which is the highest point in Belgium. Fans of adrenaline and fun will enjoy the setting for a game of paintball at the Actionzone Outdoor Park. You can also discover some original activities, such as Bubble Football and Arrow Tag. The Ardennes offer a rich historical and cultural heritage to discover, as evidenced by the remarkable Baugnez 44 Historical Centre and the Malmundarium, both located in Malmedy.

Net terug, huis was ruim genoeg en netjes. voldoende lakens , kussens, keukengerei, ... we kwamen niets te kort. Ook de ligging was voor ons perfect. niet te lang rijden naar omliggende steden.
Zeer aangenaam verblijf met 7 vrienden. Heel fijn huis, exact beschreven zoals op de advertenties. Zeker een aanrader om terug te komen. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Gunstig gelegen mooi groot huis. Van bijna alle comfort voorzien. Goede ontvangst! Bij aankomst op vrijdagmiddag stond de vloerverwarming niet aan. We hebben tot zondagmorgen geen aangename temperatuur gehad in het huis. Het was fris. We hebben bij aankomst ter compensatie wel gratis hout gekregen, maar met een kindje van 1,5 jaar was het niet onze bedoeling om de kachel aan te zetten. Dartbord onder afdak en speelhuisje in tuin zou ideaal zijn.

Zeer goed gelegen huis, veel wandelingen in de nabijheid. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst in het Nederlands. Huis zeer netjes en de bedden reeds gedekt. Alles ruimschoots aanwezig. Elke slaapkamer ( 4) heeft een badkamer met douche. Wat ons wel eigenaardig leek was dat de kleinste slaapkamer, met 2 achterelkaar geplaatste 1-persoonsbedden de badkamer ensuite had. De badkamer ensuite had beter gepast bij één van de grote 2-persoonskamers. Verder niets dan lof voor het vakantieverblijf.

Mooi uitziend verblijf van buiten, maar binnen mag het best wel sfeervoller worden gemaakt. De woning is voor de rest echt super ruim van binnen en werkelijk van alles is beschikbaar in de keuken. Voor de iets oudere kinderen ( en volwassenen) is een voetbal tafel niet genoeg dus misschien een dart spel en pooltafel zou boven nog makkelijk passen.
Très beau logement avec de grandes pièces et un bel extérieur. La maison est dans un endroit très calme et idéalement située pour de belles balades. A recommander sans hésiter.
Un accueil charmant, une maison spacieuse et impeccable, un grand jardin ... Tous y trouvaient leur bonheur, y compris le grand chien !

Het is een mooi gelegen en ruim huis. Bij aankomst in november was de woning al voorverwarmd. Het blijft lekker lang warm. De ontvangst was prima. Enige aandachtspunt is de verlichting middels sensor op de overloop , deze werkt niet optimaal, de hieraan gelegen slaapkamer met een raam grenzend aan deze overloop had er last van. Al met al is het huis een aanrader.
Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Goed ontvangen en ook goed afgesloten. Het huis is zeker een aanrader voor grote gezinnen of koppels. Bedankt
een mooi, gerieflijk huis. we logeerden er met 6 volwassenen, 2 baby's en een hond. er was zeker genoeg speel/beweegruimte voor iedereen. Er is vloerverwarming in de leefruimte, ideaal voor de baby/peuter.
Een zeer mooie woning met enerzijds aan de buitenkant de moderne Ardeense look, die ook in de leefruimte terug te vinden was en een gezellige sfeer uitstraalde. Daarnaast goed uitgerust slaap- en sanitaire voorzieningen. Dit alles gelegen op een mooi verzorgd domein omgeven door de prachtige natuur, eigen aan de ligging. Kortom een aanrader, ook voor de zomermaanden.
Wij waren met 6 volwassenen , 3 kinderen en 1 hond . Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Zeer ruim en gezellig . Erg praktisch. Iedereen zijn eigen badkamer en WC . Perfect.
We genoten van het mooie huis in een super mooie omgeving !

Excellent pour un séjour en famille
Zeer mooie en ruime vakantiewoning met mooi uitzicht. Het grote overdekte terras betekent een grote meerwaarde, wij hebben bijna altijd buiten gegeten. De tuin is niet volledig omheind, ter hoogte van de parkeerplaatsen is deze niet afgesloten. Opletten dus voor honden of kleine kinderen. Dit huis is een uitstekende keuze!
