The wellness room as well as the playroom on the second floor (sauna, table football table, infrared cabin, TV, DVD) will ensure you spend an excellent holiday in the Belgian Ardennes.
The terrace accessible from the living room of your holiday villa will offer a great view of the region and of the private garden where a second terrace with deckchairs can be found to enjoy the beautiful summer days. A slide and a trampoline will let children enjoy themselves outside whilst you cook up a storm with the firewood barbecue stand.

Located near Ski de fond of Sourbrodt and Fond du Mont Rigi in Waimes are both close to your holiday house. If you would like to receive some training lessons, do not hesitate to sign up for some lessons at Cours de ski de fond en Ardenne!
In Waimes, you will also find the Maison du Parc of Botrange as well as the Signal de Botrange!
Your group accommodation is also ideally located if you want to visit the Lake and Dam of Robertville and the Castle of Reinhardstein in Ovifat.

Mooi royaal huis, lekkere bedden, wij hebben een heerlijk familieweekend gehad. Vooral de gevulde fruitmand was een hele leuke verrassing.

De slaapkamers op het gelijkvloers voelden vochtig aan. Ook waren vlekken zichtbaar in de bepleistering.
Geweldig en zeer mooi vakantiehuis. Wij hebben met onze familie een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie vanwaar prachtige wandelingen te maken zijn. Inrichting van het huis is mooi en verzorgd en zeer compleet ingericht. Al met al een fantasie vakantiebestemming.
Propriétaire(s) super accueillants (nous avons de plus reçu une corbeille de fruits). La maison est très bien équipée (2 lave-vaisselle, sauna, hammam, salles de bains plus qu'en suffisance, 2 TV) , très bien située (calme absolu). Attention, il y a 6 vraies chambres et 2 chambres situées en entrée de la chambre principale (cfr chambre en enfilade dans le descriptif)... pas gênant pour séjour en famille, mais un peu gênant pour séjour entre amis...

Wij verbleven een week met onze familie (4 generaties) in dit ruime huis. Alle nodige comfort was aanwezig, zoals beschreven. De rustige ligging beviel ons ten zeerste alsook de activiteiten-mogelijkheden in de buurt om te ondernemen met jong én oud. Dank aan Ardennes-etape voor de suggesties en kortingen via de activity-pass. Het warm onthaal van de zoon van de eigenaars (die met vakantie waren) was oprecht, en zeer klantvriendelijk, bedankt voor de leuke attentie!

Het huis was erg mooi en netjes. We hebben met 4 familie’s daar geslapen wat goed te doen was. Ieder gezin had zijn of haar plek in het huis. Het huis staat wel afgelegen maar met de auto was het goed te doen om andere plaatsen te bezichtigen. Enige min punt was dat er geen horren in het huis zaten. Verder hebben we een fantastisch weekend gehad.
Wij hebben met 10 volwassenen en 2 kleintjes een perfect weekend doorgebracht in jullie mooie huis met tuin. Alles top

Alles was tiptop in orde!
De douches zijn sober, water druk laag. Gevaarlijke trap van de begane grond naar de eerste verdieping.
Het was een zeer goed huis om met familie Pasen te vieren. Perfect voor 12 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het was top!

Zeer ruim vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Keuken ruim voorzien van toestellen en benodigdheden. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Enkel waterdruk/debiet in de beneden slaapkamers te laag.

Fantastisch vakantiehuisje! Enige probleem waren de vliegen, er is nergens een vliegenraam en het huisje ligt vlakbij een boerderij. Daardoor enorm veel vliegen :-( Voor de rest helemaal niks op aan te merken, huisje was super schoon en goed onderhouden!
Wij hebben samen met de kinderen en kleinkinderen echt genoten van dit vakantiehuis. Zeer rustige ligging in een prachtige omgeving.Een zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor vele wandelingen,mountainbike en het bezoeken van enkele stadjes.0nze kleinkinderen hebben veel plezier gehad in de tuin,en de speelkamer. Een pluspunt was ook de indeling van de slaapkamers met bijhorende badkamers, ieder gezinnetje(3)zat een beetje apart. Het was een vakantie om aan te raden aan iedereen!
