The owners have completely restored themselves this old farmhouse to offer you an exceptional holiday location. This famous renovation project lasted 2 years and every detail was well thought out. The result is surprising: a mix of old materials (wood and stone) with an ultra-contemporary look.
From the entrance hall, the tone is set: smooth concrete on the floors, stone walls, and rooms with high ceilings that are very bright thanks to the large windows that give you the impression of living outside.
The kitchen is the centrepiece of the house. It separates the big living room on the left, which is organised around the wood burning stove and offers views on the terrace and the garden; from the dining room on the right, which also faces the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
The 18 sleeping places are spread over two floors through seven bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a large mezzanine overlooking the living room on the ground floor. On one side, a small second living room has been arranged to allow teens to spend dome time on their own, for example. And on the other side, there is a large space that can serve as a meeting room or projection room.
To top it off, you'll find a wellness area with a jacuzzi for six people and an infrared cabin, to enjoy some real moment of relaxation.
From the spring on, you can enjoy the sumptuous private heated pool, which is available from May 1st to September 30th. A south-facing terrace is the ideal place for adults to relax in, while the little ones play in the garden of the property. That’s 2500m² of lawn to play in peace!
In the Ardennes village of Wellin you will find all the small shops you need, plus you can even get your croissants within walking distance! This is also how holidays in the Ardennes go :-)
This holiday home is on an ideal location in the heart of the province of Luxembourg, which will allow you to make several excursions and activities within a radius of 20 km.

Zeer mooi en aangenaam vakantiehuis : moderne afwerking, veel licht, ongelofelijk veel ruimte, aangename sfeer, beetje ruw afgewerkt maar mooi gedaan, helemaal onze stijl. Vooral de ruimte is fantastisch om met een grote groep te verblijven, iedereen vindt wel een plekje om samen te spelen, te praten, film te kijken of even allen te zijn. Wij werden instant gelukkig van de goede vibe. Ook heel mooie slaap en badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken om uitgebreid te koken.

Heel ruime woning, mooie stijl en karakter! Supervriendelijke ontvangst door de buurvrouw met de nodige info en uitleg over het huis en de buurt. Ruime kamers met badkamer. 2 kleine opmerkingen, er is geen gordijn voor het venster aan de straatkant en bij sommige douches is alles helemaal nat in de badkamer omdat er ook geen gordijn of bescherming hangt. Superleuke kerst gehad in dit huis. Genoten van ons weekje Kerst met de familie!

We had an excellent stay in Wellin. It was full winter so we did not set foot outside for two days, yet the house provided plenty of space to have fun inside. Kids can play around, the floor heating makes it warmer than it looks in photos. Each room has a private bathroom but toilets are shared for each floor. The fireplace is perfectly functional and so is the jacuzzi, though the spa area is not very cozy. The owners did all they could to make us happy, which worked. Recommended house.
Heel ruim huis voor een groep van 8 volwassenen en 10 tieners. Leuke speelruimte en heerlijk met de jacuzzi en infraroodcabine. 1 tip: er is geen gordijn voor het venster naar de straatkant toe, iedereen kan dus binnenkijken als het donker is.
Geweldige ervaring gehad. Beter als dit kon niet. Hebben het enorme naar onze zin gehad. Ook heel fijn dat de buurvrouw Nederlands sprak en altijd voor ons klaarstond. Zou er zo weer heen gaan.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg van de buurvrouw. Voor de rest een zeer ruime woning waar alles tip top in orde was! Absolute aanrader, volgend jaar komen we graag terug!
Mooi huis waar je met een grote (vrienden) groep zeer goed terecht kunt. Prima slaap en douche plekken! Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Enige “aandachtspunten” de afwerking van het huis is op sommige punten wat minder (geen hoofdkussens in jacuzzi, zichtbaar plaksel achter plinten, ontbrekende lampjes in sauna ed). Niet onoverkomelijk (het huis is overal echt fijn/mooi) maar juist voor dit huis met de puntjes op de “i”. Overall zeer tevreden!
Wij hadden dit huis gekozen voor de welness + verwarmd zwembad. Gelaas was dit alles teleurstelkend. Zwembad was slechts 21°C terwijl er 28 beloofd was. Sauna en jacuzzi werkten maar voor de helft.
Prachtig modern huis, voorzien van alle luxe in een prachtige omgeving! We hebben er van genoten.

Het één en ander moet wel gedaan worden aan de woning, servies, schoonmaak. Op het eerste gezicht ziet het er mooi uit. Van alle gemakken voorzien maar voor de prijs mag je een spik en span huis verwachten.
Achterstallig onderhoud. Zou niet moeten voor zo'n prijs.
Veiligheid van het zwembad, kon niet afgedekt worden hetgeen permanente aandacht vroeg voor de kleine kinderen. Was een technisch probleem en was nog niet hersteld. De toegang naar de straat zou afgesloten worden door een poort maar was tegen ons verblijf wegens leveringsproblemen van onderdelen nog niet gebeurd maar hebben het kunnen oplossen met de hulp van de contactpersoon. Maar is wel jammer dat in deze prijsklasse dit dient te gebeuren.
Uitstekende huis, comfortabel een mooie
Prachtig huis en zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de buurvrouw. Super lieve warme vrouw die je alles uitlegt en de start was van een schitterend weekend. Het huis heeft alle troeven om met familie/vrienden een weekendje door te brengen in de Ardennen en te genieten van een prachtige tuin en zwembad.

Met een groep van 18 personen een lang weekend er verbleven. Was zeer mooi ingericht luxe huis met alle gemakken. Zwembad, slaapkamers, woonverblijven allemaal top. Als ze de ruimte met Jacuzzi en sauna nog iets zouden aankleden en wat beter konden ontluchten zou het nog idealer zijn

Verblijf was uitstekend, mooi huis goede accommodatie kortom alles was in orde , voor ons is het een aanrader.
Super mooi huis met een erg mooie tuin. Veel ruimte en open sfeer (daardoor ook wel gehorig).
Zeer mooi en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Wij waren er met drie kleine kindjes en 13 volwassenen. Twee verbeterpunten: - wanneer de kindjes in bed lagen was alles nog te horen in de slaapkamers door de ventilatieschachten. - de wellnessfaciliteiten mochten iets properder zijn. Voor de rest was alles aan het vakantiehuis top. Zeer mooi en compleet huis.

Fijne verblijf gehad met acht heren. Verwelkomd door de buurvrouw, die ons enorm goed heeft begeleid. Huiseigenaar was goed bereikbaar. We kregen de oven niet aan de praat, dat was wel jammer. Tafelvoetbal was in een zeer slechte staat, heeft het nog wel gehaald tot einde vakantie. Super rustgevend verblijf. Kamers zijn super netjes en modern!
Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison rénovée avec goût et soin. Des matériaux de qualité, un équipement complet, une literie très soignée et confortable, des espaces assez grands et adaptés aux familles assortis à un chaleureux accueil, une écoute personnalisée par les propriétaires ont fait de ce we une réussite pour notre famille, ados, enfants, adultes tous s'y sont plus. Prachtig groot en gezellig vakantiehuis. Ligging is fantastisch, dicht bij vele winkels en de grotten van Han. Tuin is prachtig. Wat wel vervelend is, is dat er geen douche schermen zijn waardoor alles nat wordt. Ook was het ijskoud in de woning toen we toekwamen en vervelend dat er elektrische vuurtjes gebruikt moeten worden.

Ein schönes Haus mit sehr schöner Restauration eines alten Stallgebäudes. Leider bringt die ehemalige Nutzung auch den größten Mangel: 100e von Fliegen aufgrund der ursprünglichen Nutzung. Teilweise Mängel am Inventar lassen das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absacken! Ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber dorthin nicht noch einmal.

Een zeer leuke, grote woning. Meer dan voldoende groot om met 18personen in te vertoeven. Het was er proper, de jacuzzi met sauna en buitenzwembad waren meer dan aangenaam.

Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het dorp wat fijn is om lekker elke dag vers brood bij de bakker te kunnen halen. De supermarkt ligt daar ook verderop. De nederlands sprekende buurvrouw gaf ons alle informatie en als we problemen hadden konden we het haar melden. De douche in de alaapkamer gaf nogal wat water omdat deze niet zijn afgesloten. Bedden waren top. Keuken, woonkamer van alle gemakken voorzien maar voornamelijk buiten geleefd. Jammer van algen in zwembad, heerlijke ligbedden!
