You will immediately be charmed by the authentic character of the premises, the magnificent garden as well as the inside of this 3 star holiday cottage. The lovely furniture, the wooden doors and the beamed-ceiling rooms create a unique atmosphere. Three comfortable and neatly decorated bedrooms as well as a retro style bathroom are to be found on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will be able to relax in the 2 cozy sitting-rooms or in the dining-room. During the summer, a barbecue will await you in the beautiful garden while the fondue and raclette sets that you will find in the well-equipped kitchen will be great to use during the winter. The children will also be happy to find a table tennis table in the garage that may host 2 vehicles. There are also 4 parking spaces outside.

Located just a few kilometers from Bastogne, you will have the opportunity to discover a pleasant town with a rich historical heritage. At the end of the Second World War, Bastogne was the center of the Battle of the Bulge and the whole town bears witness of these events. If you want to know more about this battle and its historical context, head to the remarkable Bastogne War Museum. Afterwards, you may wish to relax with a visit to the Bisons Farm where you will be able to admire buffalos which are rare in the region. During the winter, why not go to the ski slopes of Neu Perlé  just 11 km away from your holiday house. If you are hungry after that, stop by at the Enclos des Frênes restaurant.

Charming, beautiful, well maintain and clean house. Extremely well equipped - everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds, specious rooms and bathroom, exceptional garden, house located close to hiking trails. There was a lot of ways to keep ourselves busy - darts, ping-pong, badminton, table football and fireplace for cozy evenings, so limited selection of channels in TV (mostly in DE) didn't bother us that much. Fantastic owner - kind, helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

We hebben deze woning geboekt voor 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het is een erg mooi gerestaureerde boerderij waar je werkelijk het gevoel hebt om in een autentieke woning te mogen verblijven. Door de rustige liggen kun je hier heerlijk tot rust komen. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg en de eetkamer is werkelijk schitterd. De keuken is klein maar functioneel. Werkelijk alles wact je nodig hebt is hier aanwezig. Wandelen en MTB vanuit huis goed mogelijk. Ik raad deze woning aan !!!!

De hoeve is rustig gelegen en heeft een grote tuin. Alles is aanwezig. Het huis is erg groot, met veel kamers en ruimtes. Het is niet modern, maar heeft een Ardeense stijl. De keuken mag wel eens een opfrissing gebruiken. Er is wifi aanwezig maar werkt voornamelijk in de living. De kinderen hebben zich reuze geamuseerd met de kikkertafel, darts en ping-pong. Het water van het beekje onderaan de tuin zorgde voor de nodige afkoeling op warme dagen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles is aanwezig om er een superleuk verblijf van te maken met jonge kinderen! Authentieke hoeve die dateert van de 18de eeuw, met alle bijhorende charmes. Fantastische ligging in het dal van een klein gehucht in een mooie, wandelrijke omgeving. Wij gaan nog eens terug hoor! :-)

Rustige ligging in een klein dorpje. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Huis is ruim en gezellig ingericht met alle comfort en goede bedden. Wel een beetje donker binnen, maar ook lekker fris als het buiten warm is. Heel aangenaam om te eten onder het prieeltje met zicht op de mooie tuin. Mooie wandelingen te doen in de buurt en er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van de wandelkaarten, door de eigenaar voorzien.

Very pleasant stay and very helpful and nice owners who live right next door. The house and the big garden are very well maintained. Plenty parking in the property an even possible to park inside the garage of the house. We even had an inside area where we did BBQ when it was raining. Very beautiful are for walking and very quite area. Great nights sleep are guaranteed! We will definitely visit again!
